The service provided by Certified Care has been excellent. Being the first experience of care for my elderly Dad, he is now settled and happy in his new routine. He enjoys the company and camaraderie with Loveland, and the gentle care and attention given by Sita, overall a great mix of personalities works really well for Dad, as he enjoys the company as well as the services given by the team. I have been very happy with the approachability of managers Charles and Sophia, who go above and beyond to ensure my Dad has a good experience. I find the portal easy to access and the telephone reminders when Dad runs out of something are appreciated too. I would highly recommend Certified Care as a provider of care for elderly and isolated people.

I have had Careers for my mum for a few months now, for domestic, personal and medication. Mum has settled well into the routine of the ladies visiting her. Having the same two careers on a regular basis is so much better , continuity of care is very important to us. They respect my mum's property and leave it tidy when leaving. Careers are always friendly and kind to my mum when visiting , mum enjoys when they arrive. They always do what's on the care plan for mum,and having a handover online to read daily keeps everyone informed.

The care given to my 89 year old father is excellent. I particularly like that there are only three carers who regularly visit so that my dad has become used to seeing the same people. The carers complete the daily log so I can check on the phone app what he has eaten and that he has had his medication. Changing regular scheduled care visits or adding an additiional one if needed has been easy which gives me flexibility if I cannot be there. I am very happy with the service prvided and would recommended Certified Carers to anyone who needs care for an elderly parent with dementia.

We are absolutely delighted with the exceptional care the carer from Certified Carers provided to our 80-year-old dad. Her kindness, respect, and gentle approach made a huge difference in his life. Despite initial reservations about having a carer, she warm and caring nature quickly put everyone at ease. The carers attention to detail and prioritisation of safety were paramount, giving us peace of mind while she was caring for our dad. Her cooking skills were impressive, and the meals she prepared were not only nutritious but also delicious. The cleanliness and organisation of our dad's living space were always impeccable. What truly stood out was her ability to build a rapport with our dad, understanding his needs and preferences. Her happy and positive demeanor was contagious, and our dad enjoyed her company. We are extremely grateful for her care and would highly recommend Certified Carers to anyone in need of compassionate and professional care services. We will be definitely using their services again in the future, when needed.

I have been using this service for 3 years now and they are Excellent. The carer's are professional and very caring . The office staff are also very efficient and understanding if you call them with any emergencies if needed .They always try and help you in the time of need. I highly recommend this service.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care & support my mum has received from home care. From the very beginning, the team has been professional, compassionate towards my mum. Every carer has been kind & respectful and attentive to her needs. The communication from the management team has been outstanding, they keep us well informed and quick to respond to my queries. It gives the whole family peace of mind knowing she is in such safe hands.

Mum's carers were kind and considerate and trustworthy. Always ready to help her whatever her needs always careful of her dignity. Gave medications and pain relief as prescribed and foresaw problems and advised the family when necessary. Tried to tempt her to eat and to provide suitable nourishment as often as possible. Worked well with other health care visitors. Mum's carers became friends.

I have been very pleased with the service I have had from all the carers. They have always been kind and helpful to me and I would recommend them to everyone. I know that one staff member, in particular, is on the other end of the phone if I have a problem although it hasn't been necessary for me to call him. I would be happy to recommend this company for the excellent care I have received. Thank you to all my carers.

Service remains as good today as it was at the start over six months ago. Consistent and reliable service able to deal with my father's elderly condition every day. Happy to recommend it to anyone requiring help at home.

I have found this to be the most helpful and kind agency I have dealt with. The manager and his team dealt with my father's issues and queries quickly and professionally. My father was not at all receptive to having care, but the team were extremely patient and attentive and listened to his wishes while trying to coax some cooperation out of him. His carer was excellent when we were trying to persuade my father to even have some care, and the other two carers were gentle and kind to him when he was quite dismissive of them. I highly recommend this company for your care needs especially with the most difficult of clients. Thank you all.

Recovering from a knee operation I was delighted when I used their services. Offering attentive care to my personal needs and carrying out numerous household tasks ie ironing, hoovering, loading/unloading the dishwasher; washing machine, making the bed and even encouraging me to do my exercises to enhance my recovery. Lovely ladies, lovely company.

My care provider and the carers are very good and nice company. The carers are pleasant they feel like a friend who supports me to get out and do the things I like and enjoy. There is nothing I am unhappy about.

I am very happy with the service provided! The management are efficient, caring, approachable and friendly. The caring staff also treat their clients with dignity, and respect and are also caring and friendly which are all important qualities required to make their clients happy and comfortable.

The opportunity to relate my review to more than one month is not available, but the high standard of care has been over several months. Any carer that I have met when visiting my sister has been kind and respectful towards her. On feeding, they are giving her time to eat or drink without any pressure. The patience shown is so good to see, which enables my sister to eat or drink in a relaxed way. The time taken to give a meal can be anything between one and two hours. On personal care, gentleness is always given causing less stress than there can possibly be. I would recommend this company for daycare to anyone.

The carer arrived promptly (early in fact) and reported back when I returned. He dealt with a situation that had not happened before in that my husband wanted to check the car. My husband was not at all upset that I had gone out. This was the first time I had used carers to be with my husband whilst I was out for a few hours. As it was such a positive experience I feel confident to be able to arrange future care and leave my husband in the care.

My mum had a fall in September and was taken to hospital where she spent three weeks recovering from hip surgery. Unfortunately I had a prearranged trip booked to Canada and was out of the country when Mum was discharged from the hospital in mid October. I contacted this company where staff arranged absolutely everything for us. Mum didn't feel safe being alone at home the first few nights after being discharged, so we arranged for a carer to just stay overnight for three nights. Mum said the lovely lady who came early evening and left in the morning was 'A Godsend'! Thank you so much for the amazing service you supplied so speedily! Those who assisted Mum showed kindness, understanding, patience and support. Hopefully, we will not need your services again for quite some time as Mum is recovering extremely well, but if we do, we will not hesitate to contact you. First class/Five star service! Once again, thank you so much!

Reliable, caring and well run agency. Mother enjoys the visits of her carer and they have brightened up her life. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Carers are genuine and understand the needs of confused elderly.
