Thank you Certified Care for the excellent service provided to us with the personal care of my late husband. We chose the service particularly because we were allocated a team of carers, who were so kind and professional, and arrived at the expected times. They made it easier for both my husband and myself to cope at a very difficult time. I would also like to thank Charles and Sofia for their support, both during my husbands illness and after my loss. I cannot praise Certified Care highly enough. My father suffered from dementia and he lived with us for four years till he died last month. My mother died from Covid and we suddenly needed to find care so that we could continue working as NHS doctors. Charles came round the next week and from our very first encounter with him and the team I felt reassured and comfortable. Over the next four years all the carers looked after Dad as though he was their own relative. They were patient, professional, caring and reliable. The staff of Certified Care have made our lives better in every way in the difficult situation that we encountered and improved the quality of life of a much loved elderly parent in his last years. They are wonderful.

The service provided by Certified Care has been excellent. Being the first experience of care for my elderly Dad, he is now settled and happy in his new routine. He enjoys the company and camaraderie with Loveland, and the gentle care and attention given by Sita, overall a great mix of personalities works really well for Dad, as he enjoys the company as well as the services given by the team. I have been very happy with the approachability of managers Charles and Sophia, who go above and beyond to ensure my Dad has a good experience. I find the portal easy to access and the telephone reminders when Dad runs out of something are appreciated too. I would like to say a very big thank you to the team , Bha and Sophia, who looked after my Mother whilst I was on holiday. My mother sang their praises and despite initially opposed to care very much looked forward to their visits.
The initial interview was thorough taking information from me and a second asking my Mum what care she felt she needed. Making her feel in control and respected.
My mother reported the visits were punctual and did not feel hurried and all her needs met. They treated her with dignity and respect and kindness. They went over and beyond their expectations and much to her delight bought her a beautiful orchid for her birthday.

I have found this to be the most helpful and kind agency I have dealt with. The manager and his team dealt with my father's issues and queries quickly and professionally. My father was not at all receptive to having care, but the team were extremely patient and attentive and listened to his wishes while trying to coax some cooperation out of him. His carer was excellent when we were trying to persuade my father to even have some care, and the other two carers were gentle and kind to him when he was quite dismissive of them. Recovering from a knee operation I was delighted when I used their services. Offering attentive care to my personal needs and carrying out numerous household tasks ie ironing, hoovering, loading/unloading the dishwasher; washing machine, making the bed and even encouraging me to do my exercises to enhance my recovery. Lovely ladies, lovely company.

The opportunity to relate my review to more than one month is not available, but the high standard of care has been over several months. Any carer that I have met when visiting my sister has been kind and respectful towards her. On feeding, they are giving her time to eat or drink without any pressure. The patience shown is so good to see, which enables my sister to eat or drink in a relaxed way. The time taken to give a meal can be anything between one and two hours. On personal care, gentleness is always given causing less stress than there can possibly be. I would recommend this company for daycare to anyone.

He dealt with a situation that had not happened before in that my husband wanted to check the car. My husband was not at all upset that I had gone out.
This was the first time I had used carers to be with my husband whilst I was out for a few hours. As it was such a positive experience I feel confident to be able to arrange future care and leave my husband in the care.
