The opportunity to relate my review to more than one month is not available, but the high standard of care has been over several months. Any carer that I have met when visiting my sister has been kind and respectful towards her. On feeding, they are giving her time to eat or drink without any pressure. The patience shown is so good to see, which enables my sister to eat or drink in a relaxed way. The time taken to give a meal can be anything between one and two hours. On personal care, gentleness is always given causing less stress than there can possibly be. I would recommend this company for daycare to anyone.

This was the first time I had used carers to be with my husband whilst I was out for a few hours. As it was such a positive experience I feel confident to be able to arrange future care and leave my husband in the care.

My mum has Vascular Dementia. I am her carer, for ages I had been putting off getting help in, as I did not want to upset my mum, but contacting this company was the best thing I ever did. Mum is happy and content with the carer that comes and I get a relaxed break.

My son has special needs. One day his regular carers did not turn up for the morning call and my son was still in bed. It was nearly 12 in the afternoon. I was struggling to wake my son up.
