My mum has Vascular Dementia. I am her carer, for ages I had been putting off getting help in, as I did not want to upset my mum, but contacting this company was the best thing I ever did. Mum is happy and content with the carer that comes and I get a relaxed break.

My son has special needs. One day his regular carers did not turn up for the morning call and my son was still in bed. It was nearly 12 in the afternoon. I was struggling to wake my son up. I called Home Care and spoke to the manager who was very understanding and immediately offered help. I found him to be very professional in his approach and who is always available to discuss any concerns and find ways to work around it. Thank you.
