We really got off to a good start when I first spoke to the manager on the phone. I was desperate and in need of a support worker. The manager acted promptly by making a same-day appointment, bringing the support worker and welcome pack folder.
They have a well-experienced team. My son's staff is always
on time and courteous. He has a good working relationship with my son.
The agency has managed to cater for short-notice support requests.
Overall, I am very happy with the services.

This company provides domiciliary care to cover breaks for live-in carers for my mother. They have been exceptionally helpful and flexible and the standard of service from the carers provided and management has been very high. I would definitely recommend them.

This company is giving service to my husband. I am really happy with the support and help they are giving my husband, they are very flexible with time and always on time. They always offer to help around in the house. I feel safe to leave my husband and go out with the carer.

My mum has Vascular Dementia. I am her carer, for ages I had been putting off getting help in, as I did not want to upset my mum, but contacting this company was the best thing I ever did. Mum is happy and content with the carer that comes and I get a relaxed break.

My son has special needs. One day his regular carers did not turn up for the morning call and my son was still in bed. It was nearly 12 in the afternoon. I was struggling to wake my son up. I called Home Care and spoke to the manager who was very understanding and immediately offered help. I found
him to be very professional in his approach and who is always available to discuss any concerns and find ways to work around it. Thank you.

New to the service but so far very happy with the care and attention given to my elderly mother. The two carers that have visited to date have been very accommodating and flexible to her needs.
