I don't have one bad word to say about Adelfi care. We used them for my grandmother for nearly 1 year when her mobility declined, initially it was just to help my grandfather out as he was nearly 90 at the time so he was struggling to keep the house together as well as trying to care for grandma. The service Adelfi provide is phenomenal, they are professional, friendly, approachable, their care is just next level. My grandma created a lovely bond with a few of the ladies that work there and she looked forward to seeing them. It's not just about the care itself, but they also always went above and beyond when it came to keeping grandma company, having a chat and a laugh, even singing nursery rhymes with her. They always kept me in the loop, if ever I had any concerns or questions, Lucy/Amy would always be there to help (even on their days off!) Unfortunately my grandma wasn't able to remain at home, so we had to stop using them, but I'd recommend them to anyone!

Always oblige to do any client extra requests or sort out any problems that I cannot do from a long distance away. My mum looks forward to the twice a day visits she currently has. Cannot praise all carers enough!

We cannot fault the care and kindness given to my father in law. He enjoys his visits so much with the whole care team. He really looks forward to seeing the girls as he calls them. Everyone is very professional but also they have a very caring attitude.

I contacted Adelfi for care after a major operation. The care and support have been outstanding, allowing me to concentrate on my recovery. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done in the last six weeks. They come highly recommended for any type of care, personal, shopping, housework; nothing has been too much trouble.

After 4 months I can finally express my sincere gratitude to the whole Adelfi team. I knew at the time that we were getting a great deal more than just care from the team. But the reality is that they made the final 11 months of Mum's life some of her best, with tenderness, personal treatment and humour under very trying circumstances. It is only because of that, that Mum ended her life in the way she always wanted in her own bed surrounded by all of those that mattered to her. I will always be eternally grateful to Adelfi for helping me in my life when needed and would recommend their excellent service to those who need it.

The Adelfi team cared for my grandmother on a daily basis for the final years of her life. The care that they provided meant that she could remain in her own home, which meant so much to her and her family. During the final days of her life, when palliative care was required, the team of carers visited 3-4 times per day. They provided intimate care and ensured her dignity remained. Many of the carers went the extra mile for her by telling her stories and holding her hand. We will never forget the final laughs that she had in her bed, listening to the familiar voices of the carers that she knew and loved.

My husband, aged 88, has received help with showering, shaving and dressing from Adelfi Care Services for about one year. Throughout this time, the carers have all been delightful and we both look upon them as friends now. They always greet us both with a smile and carry out their work with great competence. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always prepared to help with any other things that either of us ask them to do. They are all, without exception, a joy to have in our home. In December, at short notice, I went to a niece's funeral, and they were able to provide cover every couple of hours, to ensure my husband's needs were met. I would not have been able to go, without their help, and I am very grateful to them all.

Our experience with Adelfi Care was truly amazing. From the carers going above and beyond to make sure they are giving the clients the very best of care and dignity and professionalism. The management team was also great at helping me set up the apps for updates. I would highly recommend.

My father's condition with Parkinson's worsened, and we realised we had to have extra help for him. To maintain a good quality of life and enable him to remain at home. My brother and I had Adelfi recommended to us. My father was an ex-policeman and military in his life and was a very strong and proud man. So we had to find an appropriate care facility that would suit him shall we say! And we did! Adelfi were all very reliable and prompt, all the ladies that visited my father were wonderful, he enjoyed their visits and they gave him a new lease of life, for which we are eternally grateful. The ladies cared for Dad with a professional, sympathetic and respectful attitude at all times but matched his cheekiness and sense of humour too! We could not have found better carers for my father. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all so much.

We have been very lucky to have chosen Adelfi Care Services in the first instance and I have to say we did so initially because they were such excellent value. On speaking to other carers we were given various reasons justifying their fee structure, including the one I love "We identify our level of care as a particular luxury car in the industry!" What rubbish. Any case Adelfi were straightforward and honest with no strings attached and were very competitive. I was delighted with their can-do attitude when dealing with the requirements of my 96-year-old father and nothing was too much trouble. Most importantly my father liked the people looking after him and looked forward to their visits. Adelfi, as total professionals, always know exactly what to do and I feel very comfortable leaving my father in their care. Let's hope they don't start charging the particular luxury car fees they deserve.

My experience with Adelfi Care was excellent and the care provided to my father was first-rate. The staff were supportive and sensitive to Dad's needs and always caring and helpful. The visits in the morning and early evening every day not only provided help and company for Dad, but also peace of mind for me. Adelfi attended several times at short notice in emergency situations, and went above and beyond what was expected. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We were very lucky to have found Adelfi for my dad's care and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Adelpfi were providing a daily visit to my mum for companionship from March to October 2023. They then started four times daily care after she had a fall. All I can say is that they were brilliant. The carers that visited my mum initially were always considerate of someone who was resistant to having visits. In fact, she ended up forming good relationships with the regular carers and really looking forward to them coming in. When we needed it Adelpfi organised the four times-a-day care at short notice enabling me to bring my mum home from the hospital, which was what she wanted. They were kind to a dying woman in a way that was kind, sensitive and professional as well as giving me exceptional support at a very emotional time. Their presence was hugely reassuring and they helped me make decisions about the care. I would highly recommend Adelpfi to anyone looking for carers.

Adelpfi have not only provided a very good, thorough & helpful service but they quickly respond to any arising situation by letting me know if there is a potential health issue or concern. This gives added reassurance that not only is my mother receiving the care requested but also highlighting any changes/issues as they happen on the day. The app is so helpful too as I can check in remotely too & gives real peace of mind. Well done to all!

Gold Standard Care, and Excellent care service, I am 91 years of age and require my Lymphoedema stockings on am and off pm with waxing before and after. Adelfi arranged this at short notice, never missing or being late. Subsequently rearranged at a moment's notice. Excellent in all areas.

My, previously active, 91 year old mother had a bad fall, leaving her with limited mobility. I did my best to look after her, however, very quickly I felt out of my depth, and was struggling to take proper care of her. I found Adelfi Care online, and they were able to provide assistance within 24 hours' notice. Their twice-daily visits in the mornings and evenings were a great help, at what was a stressful time for both my mother and myself. As well as providing practical care, and reassuring advice, it was always very nice to see a friendly face every day. I would like to thank the manager and her team, for their support, during what was a very difficult time for us both.

Five-star quality, all staff are kind, thoughtful and caring. Everyone goes above and beyond and I wouldn't be without Adelfi Care. The girls have become like family to me and I look forward to their visits.

All the staff at Adelfi are helpful, kind and considerate. They provide an excellent service on a daily basis, helping me with my routine. They respond to my needs as they change in a helpful and efficient manner.

I am very pleased with the service my mother is receiving. She trusts the carers and is comfortable with the personal care they provide. The carers have given lots of advice to the family to ensure that my mother receives the best care they can offer. The carers are very personable and professional and the family and mum have found them very open and approachable. They keep us informed of any issues and concerns they have regarding her health and well-being.
