The carers are very pleasant and have become friends, they usually ask if there is anything else they can do before leaving. The management team are ready to discuss problems and alter visit times if necessary because of outside appointments etc.

I can't praise Walfinch enough for their ongoing care for my husband. Almost without exception, the carers that attend to my husband seem to genuinely enjoy their job and go out of their way to deliver excellent care. They have always been willing to help him be more independent and improve his
quality of life by chatting to him and encouraging him to be more mobile. The managers/admin go to great lengths to ensure a good fit with the carers that attend my husband and ourselves. Would highly recommend.
