I approached Alina to provide some temporary care for my mother while her regular carer was away.
I was impressed that despite the short period of care they needed to provide, they made a lot of effort to understand what my mother liked and disliked, what her background was and how they might be
able to make her happy during their visits.
I was also impressed at the app. they used to make notes on each of their care visits. It was reassuring to see exactly what happened and when they visited.

All the staff I have met are very good friendly and professional and nothing is to much trouble
I have recently required help from a carer the management came round within the hour and interviewed me to find out my requirement and the Carer started the next day Wonderful service

We had an unexpected need to arrange care at my house for my father-in-law for 10 days, and from the moment we called, we were met with compassion, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Experience was nothing short of amazing.
The management team runs a tight ship with clear communication and an
evident commitment to high-quality care. The staff are truly lovely - attentive, kind, and always ready with a smile. It was clear they treated him with the respect and dignity he deserved.
We are incredibly grateful for the support and reassurance we received during what was a stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone in need of short or long-term care for a loved one.

Efficient staff. The people that helped my friend are very helpful and always considered her feelings. They made sure she was safe and happy and any concerns were relayed back to the office.
The initial meeting was very thorough. Very efficient and I was confident that they would meet the
needs of my friend. They were very understanding when talking to my friend initially and explained everything to us in a very clear way.

At first I was embarrassed but quickly put at ease I am treated with dignity and respect but also in a very kind way it's like having a friend in a way. Unfortunately we are limited on funds so can't have more hours at the moment although we would be very grateful for more help. The office staff are
really special very friendly but professional. The have been really helpful on a matter recently.

I have to say that I was very apprehensive to start, as the shower was personal, but my carer was very discreet and empathetic, I would recommend her and have to praise her work. She is very helpful as well I have trouble putting my socks on but she puts them on me every time now. Just a small thing
to some people but a real help. Many thanks.

I have received an amazing service from my carer who has been patient, caring, supportive and reassuring. She has assisted me in regard to community visits which can become extremely overwhelming and distressing.
The overall team have gone over and beyond with completing training in regard to my
illness to ensure that they offer the best support.
They remained in touch whilst I was recently admitted to hospital for 10 days. It is a shame that the 2 week notice period still applies to emergency hospital admissions because I could only inform in the day before and give notice for the following week but was still charged.
There does need to be more advice and support around hospital visits and changing/cancelling dates with notice as I haven't found this to be the easiest and this includes the Christmas period as I have a young family.
Nonetheless, I truly am thrilled with the service I am being provided and cannot praise my personal carer enough.

The service user, is my cousin and I have POA.
She finds the Carers most helpful, good company, happy to take her out any time, and happy to listen to her telling stories about her past. She trusts them and relies on their daily companionship. They are able to cope with problems in the house (such
as lost keys, over-stocked fridge, unwanted phone calls etc) and are understanding and sympathetic to her mental health difficulties.
I would definitely recommend Alina Care Agency.

We have been receiving 24-hour care for our parents, both of whom have various stages of Alzheimer's disease. The care has overall been to a high standard with the odd hiccup every now and then with different personalities. Any concerns have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and resolved with
care and respect.

The manager and the team have been fantastic in providing care for my mum and dad. Even at short notice, they have been able to pull out all the stops to provide care. This staff are all friendly and have treated my parents with dignity and respect. Can not fault them.

I have found Alina Home Care so professional, caring and polite. I have had dealings with a number of care companies as I was a ward sister, district nurse and practice nurse but Alina Home Care is far superior in all aspects. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that needs
care.

I have found Alina Homecare very easy to deal with and they are very prompt to reply to queries. Also, they have proved reliable and try to be flexible wherever possible working around my mother's various medical and other appointments if they can. The carers have always been friendly and patient.

The agency and staff are wonderful. There is full communication with management if things change. If times for care need to be changed they do their utmost to help. They are honest, helpful, and communicate if there is a slight delay (normally only 10 minutes) which they specify may happen. They're
great.

An extremely reliable service. The staff are capable and very friendly. My brother's life has been much enhanced by the visits he receives from Alina Homecare. And I can rest up knowing that my brother's needs are being catered for. Excellent service. Thank you.
