Since using Delsa Care Agency around lockdown when my mother was diagnosed with Senial Dementia they always did an excellent job of her personal hygiene and domestic hygiene. They always gave her meds on time and took her to appointments and all observations were logged in her personal folder which
is always available. Desla Care are very thorough, professional and easy to communicate with. I could definitely use this company again if needed. Thank you.

Dela Care Agency provides a very good and efficient service. Always very professional, on time, and very smart in appearance. Always willing to change care time when needed (IE hospital visits by service users). Would highly recommend it.

I have been using Desla Care Agency for around 2 years to provide care and support for my elderly parents who both have Alzheimer's. The staff are reliable and caring and help to support my parents to remain living in their own home whilst their care needs change and increase.
The company tries to
use the same staff members to support them with everyday care to ensure continuity and familiarity for them, which is essential for people living with their condition. This works well for me and is much appreciated.
