The carers were excellent, imaginative, sensitive and efficient. They were careful to respect my dignity at all times. I felt they were treating me with friendship and kindness. I just need carers for a short time as I have broken and dislocated my wrist and I am unable to shower and dress. They
also help with little things I can't do - loosening lids, popping blister packs of pills, household tasks and dog medication.

We have found that all carers are polite, professional, courteous, fit in and get on with the family and most importantly my dad is an awkward customer and when the carers attend to him, you very rarely hear a peep out of him. They are all sensitive to his needs and very soothing to accommodate his
care. We are all over the moon with the care provided.

Since I've been with Kare Plus I have been very satisfied with the care I have received. My carers have settled into my routine and go above and beyond to make me as comfortable and safe as possible. Also the office staff are very accommodating if I need to change my hours for any reason.

The carer was very polite, efficient and helpful. She quickly understood what was required and helped my dad with confidence. She ended up having a close bond with my dad.

Thank you so much Kare Plus Kingston! I was surprised how professionally the caregiver aided my mother. My mother has become more independent in her day to day life and I can finally see a smile on her face. It is worth a lot to me!

The company head was very approachable and friendly. The care visits were set up with a minimum of effort and appointments to complete the necessary paperwork were arranged to suit my parents. An introductory visit was arranged for them to meet the carer and then regular visits were set up and
adhered to. The carer was very professional and personable. When the care period came to an end, the manager came during the last visit to check that my parents were happy with everything. I can’t recommend this team highly enough. The service was first class from start to finish. Thank you so much to the carer and the manager involved.

Kare Plus have been extremely helpful and the care that my elderly relative received was brilliant. If we needed someone even just to talk to they were at the end of the phone. We were able to put our trust in all the staff making sure that all needs were met. They included medications and personal
care. If you’re looking for care for a loved one then I would recommend this company. Thank you for all you have done.

This agency is extremely professional and well organised. The manager and team came to visit our home and met my grandma in hospital in advance.

From the initial phone enquiry, thorough assessment and selection of carers have all been very professional and caring. I’m a Nurse by background so I’d say my standards were set high anyway. I’ve not been disappointed. There have been some initial hiccups which were impressively resolved with
minimal fuss and inconvenience. I believe it’s as strong, maybe a stronger, indication and testimonial to a company when things don’t quite go to plan which will inevitably happen in a people-based service. The manager has been particularly kind and attentive to every detail which makes a huge difference in a stressful situation. Finding care for my husband is the most important ‘job’ anyone can do and I have felt confident and cared for myself in this company’s abilities. Many thanks and I would definitely recommend this company, and have been doing so.
