They go beyond what they should do. They don't just support the client they support the whole family. They go out of their way to fit in with you and do everything they can to meet your needs.

I have found all the staff to be very friendly towards all the family. They have time to talk with Dad - even though he has limited communication himself. They treat him with dignity as a person. They also have time to talk with Mum cheering her up when she is feeling down. Always punctual, spending
as much time as necessary and beyond on each visit.

We have been working with Be Happy Support since November 2021 and their service is excellent. Very professional, communication is speedy whilst being professional and friendly. Staff are exceptional and tuned in to the service user needs. Couldn’t ask for more. Would highly recommend.
