We have ongoing care. We have used this care provider for over a year. We have received excellent care. If an issue arises. They deal with it promptly. The carers have become like a part of the family and are always willing to help with any task needed. They provide my husband with great care we as a family feel comfortable with the carers. They are vital in helping us to care for my husband at home. They are all trustworthy and happy, helpful people. We as a family are very grateful to have such a reliable service that provides the care my husband's needs. We are happy that we found such a service that efficiently covers the rural area we live in. Good reliable care is hard to come by. We are appreciative that this service exists as it has helped us to have more quality time as a whole family which is irreplaceable time. My husband has the care he is happy with and carers that actually care. We are so glad we found them.

It's very hard for me to write and give a general review as the care is erratic and not very uniform. Some of your staff are more than capable while others leave a lot to be desired. This has not changed in all the years I have used Personalized Care Plus as it is very hard as there are so many staff to keep tabs on. I treat them all with the same level of respect and humour. Thank you for your time.

Hi the love care & support given to my husband couldn't of been any better not only did they look after him they also made sure as his wife i was ok too we only them for 5/6 weeks but we felt comfortable ti have them coming into our home too they kind of become part of your family woukd highly recommend this company

The care and respect you showed to my mum in her end of life was amazing, all the ladies were polite, kind, respectful and were very lovely with my sister and I. Nice ladies to have in your home. I didn't believe that any team would be able to give my mum the level of care I gave her in the past year. When we needed extra support, the manager and her team came in and within a matter of two days tailored care, that was above and beyond what me or my family could ever do. My mum was very able in many ways but not in others, which, was very specific. This is where PCP's exemplary approach, gave my mum a new lease of life, aside from essential care. Mum, would reguarly ask 'what time are they coming?' (an hour before they were due) not out of need but of excitement. Mum came to love the core team at PCP, like family - to the point she forgot she was unwell due to how unique this approach was from PCP. Priceless. The managers team demonstrated expert level care in all areas, whilst giving constant, genuine compassion, knowing my mums needs, similar to what a lifelong friend would know and do - all in place in a matter of weeks. If home care was an olympic sport, PCP would take Gold.

The company was chosen by the NHS to provide care to my mum who was on end of life care. As soon as the carers arrived they introduced themselves and we discussed what mums needs were. At the time we were staying with mum as she was so poorly. We saw the carers 4 times a day. At each visit the carer talked to mum and put her at ease. They told her what they would like to do and asked if that was OK with her. To washing her, changing pads, stripping the bed, clean clothes etc. The gentle nature in which they talked to mum, cared for her and made sure she was comfortable at every stage. They made sure they used the correct cream on her skin, washed their hands and wore gloves. As mum became very poorly they still talked to her and were so gentle. Even though mum could no longer respond. They continued to talk to her. The carers also made sure at every stage we were happy with their care. I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

Personalized care have been caring for my mother for over a year and have been excellent so far. My mother is very relaxed in the presence of all the carers who I find to be hard working and caring. Anything out of the ordinary or my Mum's needs change and they let me know straight away. Our peace of mind has been significantly increased knowing that Mum is in good hands.

Just a big massive thank you from myself a dear friend of the client you came to care for. We only had you for 2 days until the client was taken into palliative care. You made those days so happy for her, you came with smiles on your faces, you looked after her needs with compassion and nothing was to much trouble. When you left each time you made sure she had everything she needed, can I thank you also on her behalf. Fabulous company and staff, you also took the time to call me to see if I was ok to.

Immediately from meeting the carers who looked after my Mum, I was put at ease as they are all such genuinely lovely people. They treated my Mum with patience, dignity and respect at all stages of her care. There is an app you can download which is updated with care notes after every visit which is also really useful. I have no problem at all recommending Personalized Care Plus Ltd.

Due to my husband being terminally ill, he has been receiving care since October 2024. Being given a long list of carers when coming out of hospital was a bit daunting to ensure we chose the right one, so I read all the reviews and chose Personalized Care Plus Ltd, as they had the best reviews and certainly live up to them. I can't thank them enough, they have been excellent right from the start, very professional, caring, kind and considerate and always going that extra mile. We cannot fault them, even when the snow came, living on a steep hill which everyone avoids, I didn't expect anyone to arrive, but they were here! Always good communication and easy to contact and happy to provide advice to make life easier. I really hope this review helps another family that finds themselves in this situation, as I can't recommend them enough.

Your employees treated my dad with so much dignity and respect. They were knowledgeable kind and lovely towards my dad as if he were their own father definitely the best company we could have had. They were always on time, well presented and discussed everything with us also very nice to us as well, only had my dad's well-being first and foremost.

This company keeps the times they have arranged. The carers are exceptional, caring, understanding, and supportive, keeping the client and their own carer happy with their positive attitudes. I was extremely impressed with everyone who came to my husband, they showed him love and respect at all times. After my husband passed I still received support and felt I wanted to highly recommend the company. Thank you all so much for all the smiles and encouragement along the way.

PCP was a great comfort to myself and my family whilst they supported my brother in his own home. They went above and beyond. Cover was only agreed for 12 hours a day but they often supported him in hospital outside of these hours - not worrying about whether they would be paid. My brother certainly isn't the easiest of patients and can be rather aggressive/anxious but they never gave up on him. A true care company.

This agency has looked after my mum since her discharge home on the palliative/end-of-life care pathway. All of the staff have been extremely professional, polite, and caring towards my mum. They have taken care of her personal care needs in a dignified way. The use of electronic care records is invaluable as it allows both me and my sister to see how mum has been when the care staff have attended. I would recommend this agency without a shadow of a doubt.

I was happy with the care from the girls, always friendly and treated mum with dignity. Unfortunately, the lack of compassion once mum had passed was cold and unprofessional, at no point has mum's death been acknowledged. No call, no card to express condolences, just disappeared, like mum had never existed! Early hours of 20th Dec 2023 she passed at home, I left a message on their mobile line, never heard from them since.

Polite, efficient, very helpful with any problems. The carer has been very helpful to me on numerous occasions. Staff are polite and friendly, never used the care system to compare value.

Hi from meeting the team at Personalised Care Plus they have done their upmost to meet my relatives' complex care needs. The ladies working with them are very pleasant very caring and very professional. We could not wish for more. The management have gone above and beyond to put the correct care packages in place we really do not have a negative word to say. What a shame all care providers are not this caring and professional. Outstanding team thank you.

The Personalized Care team have been helping us care for my father at home for just over a year. My father has late-stage Alzheimer’s so needs assistance with all aspects of his daily care. We have found the team to be caring, friendly, efficient and reliable. The care manager has been an excellent support to our family. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met. She also makes sure that my mother gets daily support and regular respite. I would highly recommend Personalized Care. Thank you so much.

The care provided by two carers four times a day is great. Through the app, it is easy to make contact with staff when problems arise and are quickly rectified by the staff. Staff are always ready to accommodate any needs that may arise.
