I will be forever grateful to-the Manager and her amazing team for the love, compassion and humanity they showed me and my husband during the most heartbreaking time of our lives.

We were in a state of absolute desperation. The care company we had at the time was simply not fit for purpose and I would not let them continue coming into my husband, who was at home on end of life care. I didn't know where to turn or what to do next !!!

It was a Friday teatime when I reached out to Personalised Care Plus , they heard my desperation.

The manager and her colleague arrived at our house around 7 pm and didn't leave until almost 10 pm. Nothing felt rushed, inconvenient or transactional. They gave us their time, attention and their hearts when we needed it most.

I receive double carer support from Enzani and the carers team, and I'm so thankful for their amazing service. They are empathetic, client-centred, friendly, and always available when needed. Initially I was apprehensive about using Personalized Care Plus as I had never heard of the company before but I needn't have been, they were amazing. There was a small team of people involved in caring for Mum and every once of them showed kindness, care and compassion not only to Mum but me too, I generally felt they wanted to help improve our situation. They were patient and all round lovely and put Mum at the centre of everything they did. A special mention to Raffi and Hannah who were with Mum in her final days, they were nothing short of wonderful and I will be forever grateful of the care they showed her at the end of her life. If you or a family member ever find yourselves needing care at home, I would not hesitate to recommend this company, honestly they were amazing.

Excellent care provided . Carers are all lovely and friendly , Caring and compassionate . My mum is so pleased to finally have carers that she is comfortable with .
A comprehensive care plan completed by Irene which all the carers follow . The carers interact and chat with my mum and make her feel at ease. They are punctual and always let you know if they are running late .

Carers talk to family as well when they are caring out their duties and always make sure mums comfortable . Can definitely recommend .

The company provided care for my father in his final weeks after his release from hospital. I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first as I was worried about the care they would give and if they would be reliable etc. Within about an hour of us getting Dad home from hospital the carers were there and they stuck to the agreed timings and never let us down. They always treated Dad with respect and they had smiles on their faces even though I know at times that must have been difficult. They really made a difficult time for the family to deal with much easier for which we are so very grateful. We had various people seeing to dad depending on the shifts but they all were very good. I could also call the management if I needed help with anything as the situation was very new to us and we were unsure on who to contact for various things we needed for Dad.
Thank you to everyone we dealt with for your care and compassion.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company

This company provided palliative care for my late Mum, who recently passed away. She was diagnosed in hospital with cancer, and at the age of 90, it was decided to end her days at home.

The staff, without exception, were first class. Every one of them was polite and took great care of my mother. She was treated with great dignity, care and a little humour, which she loved.

I especially liked the way the day before the first visit, I was called and they wanted great details of my Mother, her likes, her dislikes etc, and I was very impressed with the planning that went into her care to establish a routine.

I would not hesitate to recommend the company and the staff. Absolutely outstanding.

We have ongoing care. We have used this care provider for over a year. We have received excellent care. If an issue arises. They deal with it promptly. The carers have become like a part of the family and are always willing to help with any task needed. They provide my husband with great care we as a family feel comfortable with the carers. They are vital in helping us to care for my husband at home. They are all trustworthy and happy, helpful people. We as a family are very grateful to have such a reliable service that provides the care my husband's needs. We are happy that we found such a service that efficiently covers the rural area we live in. Good reliable care is hard to come by. We are appreciative that this service exists as it has helped us to have more quality time as a whole family which is irreplaceable time. My husband has the care he is happy with and carers that actually care. We are so glad we found them.

It's very hard for me to write and give a general review as the care is erratic and not very uniform. Some of your staff are more than capable while others leave a lot to be desired. This has not changed in all the years I have used Personalized Care Plus as it is very hard as there are so many staff to keep tabs on. I treat them all with the same level of respect and humour. I didn't believe that any team would be able to give my mum the level of care I gave her in the past year. When we needed extra support, the manager and her team came in and within a matter of two days tailored care, that was above and beyond what me or my family could ever do. My mum was very able in many ways but not in others, which, was very specific. This is where PCP's exemplary approach, gave my mum a new lease of life, aside from essential care.
Mum, would reguarly ask 'what time are they coming?' (an hour before they were due) not out of need but of excitement. Mum came to love the core team at PCP, like family - to the point she forgot she was unwell due to how unique this approach was from PCP. Priceless.
The managers team demonstrated expert level care in all areas, whilst giving constant, genuine compassion, knowing my mums needs, similar to what a lifelong friend would know and do - all in place in a matter of weeks.

If home care was an olympic sport, PCP would take Gold.

The company was chosen by the NHS to provide care to my mum who was on end of life care.
As soon as the carers arrived they introduced themselves and we discussed what mums needs were.
At the time we were staying with mum as she was so poorly. We saw the carers 4 times a day. At each visit the carer talked to mum and put her at ease. They told her what they would like to do and asked if that was OK with her. To washing her, changing pads, stripping the bed, clean clothes etc.
The gentle nature in which they talked to mum, cared for her and made sure she was comfortable at every stage. They made sure they used the correct cream on her skin, washed their hands and wore gloves.
As mum became very poorly they still talked to her and were so gentle. Even though mum could no longer respond. They continued to talk to her. The carers also made sure at every stage we were happy with their care.

I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

Personalized care have been caring for my mother for over a year and have been excellent so far. My mother is very relaxed in the presence of all the carers who I find to be hard working and caring. Anything out of the ordinary or my Mum's needs change and they let me know straight away. Our peace of mind has been significantly increased knowing that Mum is in good hands.

Immediately from meeting the carers who looked after my Mum, I was put at ease as they are all such genuinely lovely people. They treated my Mum with patience, dignity and respect at all stages of her care.
There is an app you can download which is updated with care notes after every visit which is also really useful.

I have no problem at all recommending Personalized Care Plus Ltd.

Due to my husband being terminally ill, he has been receiving care since October 2024. Being given a long list of carers when coming out of hospital was a bit daunting to ensure we chose the right one, so I read all the reviews and chose Personalized Care Plus Ltd, as they had the best reviews and certainly live up to them. I can't thank them enough, they have been excellent right from the start, very professional, caring, kind and considerate and always going that extra mile. We cannot fault them, even when the snow came, living on a steep hill which everyone avoids, I didn't expect anyone to arrive, but they were here! Always good communication and easy to contact and happy to provide advice to make life easier. I really hope this review helps another family that finds themselves in this situation, as I can't recommend them enough.

Enzani Nyatoro

The Registered Manager/Proprietor is Enzani Nyatoro, who is a health care professional with a Nursing, Health Care Law, Health Care Business and Risk Management qualifications. She has extensive experience working in a clinical capacity and Senior Management administrative roles in Governance, Quality and Patient Safety in the NHS and the independent sector.

Her knowledge, experience and skills include implementation of strategic change initiatives, promoting and coaching teams to improve outcomes for clients, service users and carers. Mrs Nyatoro believes having a practical approach is invaluable and, as such, she has maintained her professional registration by providing hands-on care to Service Users from time to time. Andrew is the Training Manager at Personalized Care Plus, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge, and compassion to his role. He trained as a Registered Nurse at a University in Northern Ireland and went on to build an impressive 39-year career in healthcare.

During his career, Andrew worked both as a nurse and as an educator, teaching nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals at both pre-registration and qualified levels. His clinical experience covers a wide range of healthcare settings, including acute care, emergency care, urgent care, primary care, and pre-hospital care. His final clinical role was as a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent and Emergency Care.

After taking early retirement and allowing his professional registration to lapse, Andrew took a well-earned break from healthcare before joining Personalized Care Plus in January 2026. He now brings his broad range of skills and knowledge to the company, supporting our staff with training, guidance, and professional development.

As Training Manager, Andrew plays an important role in helping our care team feel confident, capable, and well-prepared in their roles. He supports staff with induction, refresher training, best-practice guidance, and ongoing learning, helping to ensure that the care we provide is safe, compassionate, and person-centred.

Andrew is passionate about sharing knowledge in a way that is supportive, practical, and easy to understand. His background in both frontline healthcare and education allows him to bring real-life experience into training, helping staff develop the skills and confidence needed to provide high-quality care.

Outside of work, Andrew continues to support his community as an ambulance service first responder. He also enjoys reading historical novels, making jewellery, creating stained glass, and spending time on a variety of creative crafts. Ireen is our Lead Team Leader at Personalized Care Plus and plays a vital role in supporting both our clients and our care team. She joined PCP after previously working as a Carer at Caremark, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

In her role as Lead Team Leader, Ireen continues to provide high-quality care while also taking on additional responsibilities within the service. She supports care staff in the community, offers guidance and encouragement, promotes good practice, and helps ensure that our clients receive safe, respectful, and reliable support.

Ireen is an important part of the day-to-day running of PCP. She acts as a trusted link between the care team and management, helping with communication, supporting staff, reporting concerns, and assisting with the smooth running of care delivery. Her calm approach, experience, and willingness to help others make her a valued and dependable member of the team.

Darryl – HR Manager

Darryl is our Human Resources Manager at Personalized Care Plus, responsible for supporting the people who make our care service possible. Having previously worked at Sky TV in London, Darryl brings valuable experience in communication, professionalism, staff support, and workplace organisation to his role within the company.

As HR Manager, Darryl helps ensure that our recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and employee support processes are managed smoothly and professionally. His day-to-day responsibilities include supporting new staff through the hiring process, assisting with interviews, checking documentation, maintaining HR records, and helping ensure that all team members meet the standards required to work in a care environment.

Darryl also plays an important role in supporting staff wellbeing, workplace communication, company policies, and professional conduct. He works closely with management to help create a positive, respectful, and organised working environment where staff feel supported and valued.

Isobel – HR Assistant

Isobel is our HR Assistant at Personalized Care Plus and has been part of the team for five months. She supports the day-to-day running of the HR department, helping with staff records, recruitment administration, onboarding, documentation, and general communication with staff. Her role is important in helping ensure that our team is well supported, organised, and professionally managed.

Isobel’s background is a little different, which gives her a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to her role. She originally studied English and History before deciding that she wanted a change in career direction. This led her to complete a Master’s degree in Business Management, where she developed a strong interest in Human Resources. Her hard work and dedication during her studies were recognised when she achieved the award for Best MSc Management Student.

While studying management, Isobel discovered that she particularly enjoyed the HR side of business, especially the way HR supports people, improves workplaces, and helps teams grow. . With around eight years of experience within the health and social care sector, James began his career as a carer at St Mary's Hospital, working within a medium secure hospital environment. He then progressed into domiciliary care in Derby before taking on a Team Leader role at Senad Group, where he developed strong leadership, operational, and staff management skills.

as a carer in 2023 before returning in November 2025 as Business Development Manager.
