This agency has looked after my mum since her discharge home on the palliative/end-of-life care pathway. All of the staff have been extremely professional, polite, and caring towards my mum. They have taken care of her personal care needs in a dignified way. The use of electronic care records is invaluable
as it allows both me and my sister to see how mum has been when the care staff have attended. I would recommend this agency without a shadow of a doubt.

I was happy with the care from the girls, always friendly and treated mum with dignity.
Unfortunately, the lack of compassion once mum had passed was cold and unprofessional, at no point has mum's death been acknowledged. No call, no card to express condolences, just disappeared, like mum had never
existed! Early hours of 20th Dec 2023 she passed at home, I left a message on their mobile line, never heard from them since.

Hi from meeting the team at Personalised Care Plus they have done their upmost to meet my relatives' complex care needs. The ladies working with them are very pleasant very caring and very professional. We could not wish for more. The management have gone above and beyond to put the correct care packages
in place we really do not have a negative word to say. What a shame all care providers are not this caring and professional. Outstanding team thank you.

The Personalized Care team have been helping us care for my father at home for just over a year.
My father has late-stage Alzheimer’s so needs assistance with all aspects of his daily care.
We have found the team to be caring, friendly, efficient and reliable.
The care manager has been an excellent
support to our family. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met.
She also makes sure that my mother gets daily support and regular respite.
I would highly recommend Personalized Care.

The care provided by two carers four times a day is great. Through the app, it is easy to make contact with staff when problems arise and are quickly rectified by the staff. Staff are always ready to accommodate any needs that may arise.

Went above and beyond - The care given to my mum was excellent, both by the carers and management.
I was very pleased with the carers, they always found time to sit and chat with Mum, and that's what she enjoyed most.
Management - 'the best' the communication between me and them was always good. I
highly recommend this company because they really care and I will finish how I started, they went above and beyond and for that I will always be grateful!

All the carers, who have cared for my father, have been fabulous. We’ve had them coming in 2 at a time, 4 times a day. They have been so warm and friendly and put Dad at ease very quickly. They have worked with me to give Dad the best care we could, for which I’m truly grateful, thank you.

During the assignment, my mother-in-law had various carers, all of which were extremely polite, caring and attentive.
This was very reassuring to us as a family knowing she was in good hands, and we could trust that the care given would always be in her best interest.
The communication with us was
always very good to assist her needs and always acted upon as required.
The use of the app was also much appreciated to know how she was at all times.

We have always found carers to be very caring, polite and professional whilst in our home. They always respect my husband's wishes and feelings, provide him with dignity and respect at all times and the standard of care that they provide to him is of a very high standard.
The carers always arrive
on time and on the odd occasion when there has been a delay in them arriving to assist my husband we have been notified in plenty of time. We feel that the carers who come into our home are trustworthy.

The Registered Manager/Proprietor is Enzani Nyatoro, who is a health care professional with a Nursing, Health Care Law, Health Care Business and Risk Management qualifications. She has extensive experience working in a clinical capacity and Senior Management administrative roles in Governance, Quality and Patient Safety in the NHS and the independent sector. Her knowledge, experience and skills include implementation of strategic change initiatives, promoting and coaching teams to improve outcomes for clients, service users and carers. Mrs Nyatoro believes having a practical approach is invaluable and, as such, she has maintained her professional registration by providing hands-on care to Service Users from time to time. This has helped her keep her skills up to date whilst coaching and supervising staff to ensure the team continues to provide personalised, compassionate care. It is also a way of evaluating the effectiveness of our approach, systems and processes to ensure both service user and staff.
