My elderly 99 year old mother was receiving help from Bluebird Care from March/April onwards. She has a carer twice daily. She sometimes has the same carer for a day or two but more often than not she has different ones. She is very fond of all her carers and when I see her in the mornings she will repeat all that has been said with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the carers, and as my mother is well known for her saying "dont be mean with the cream". By this she means that she likes to have plenty of cream to moisturise her dry skin and this is what she says to all of them when they take her into the bathroom. The carers are so used to her saying this that they say it before her and my mother laughs. To have them daily is a godsend. I have no worries that my mother is receiving the best care that she can have and I have only good things to say about this agency.

One member of staff came to me at 7am to help me prepare for a hospital visit for a colonoscopy. I was unwell at the time and suffering from severe arthritis. I needed a lot of help and care and it was given to me in the best possible way. She was so kind, so caring and very professional. I could not have had better care. . I have always been a very active independent person and never before needed assistance of such a personal nature, I will always be grateful to you. I relocated to Pontypridd last June and live alone. I am so glad I found Bluebird care. I I now have a sense of security that they are there to help me. All best wishes and thanks to you all.

It was a difficult decision to choose a Care Company for my mother but after having met with the local supervisor at my mother's and discussing her needs, I felt comfortable and confident that they would provide the care we needed. The range of care is extensive and the supervisor recommended services that we hadn't considered but will be useful. The carer turned up yesterday morning to find my mother very distressed having had a urine accident in the night. The carer gave emotional support before changing everything. She then made her breakfast and ensured she was ok before leaving. When I visited my mother later she was full of praise for the carer and wanted me to thank the Company for having such pleasant, polite and professional carers and that they provide a wonderful service to the elderly who wish to stay in their home.

Our experience since having Bluebirds support in the requirements needed by my wife and I ,have been extremely efficient, caring and professional. We found the team adaptable and understanding to sometimes our changing needs. From first contact with the company,.we felt confident that we had made the right choice .

Bluebird Care Service have provided a great service at short notice. All the carers who visited my mother in law were always caring and polite which made her feel safe and secure at a time when her family were absent. The carers notes provided reassurance that our relative was well and safe while we were not able to be with her. Every individual from day one have been professional. First contact with the care coordinator who has always replied to my emails promptly and another member of staff who completed the initial assessment through to the daily carers. We will be using Bluebird in the future.

Having recently started using Bluebird's services for my mum, it has been so heartening for us to see what a great job has been done by her carers. Recently there was a bit of an incident where things became a little overwhelming and the carer on the day of this incident was absolutely superb. When I got to meet her recently, it was so wonderful to see how great she is with Mum. To be honest- all of the carers have been great, but that incident was very stressful for the family, so it was reassuring to see that Mum was in such good hands. The family portal is brilliant too, allowing us to check in on how everything's going at the touch of a button.

We were very lucky to receive outstanding care from the Bluebird Care Pontypridd team at such a difficult time. When we needed them at such urgency, the admin team made sure we had someone that night at such short notice. The love, care and passion they showed towards the service user was phenomenal and we really couldn't have wished for a better team to care for them, especially the last weeks of life. A big special shout-out goes to two carers who went above and beyond every time. They were very professional, gentle and knowledgeable. Our service user described them as his 'lovely girls'. They also offered outstanding care towards the service user's wife - they comforted her and listened to any concerns she may had and supported her with general 'chit chat' which made a difference to her. As a good friend and neighbour of both, we were caring for the service user before his situation deteriorated and they took the pressure off us. Thank you for everything - we'll always be grateful.

Excellent care received from all the Bluebird Care staff. Very responsive and willing. I don't hesitate to recommend this agency who are looking after my parents. They are very responsive when I need to increase visits in the short term when my parents need extra help and the companionship offered by all the carers is exceptional.

The service provided by Bluebird Care has been excellent in all respects. With Bluebird's advice and assistance, the worrying and stressful process of moving my Father from a Care Home back to his own home has been made seamless. Bluebird have been on hand to answer all my questions at the drop of a hat, they are extremely responsive and knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to make both my Dad and myself feel reassured. Now back at home with a live-in care package in place, we are so impressed with the level of care provided by Bluebird. My Dad is treated with complete respect, kindness and compassion. He has regained his dignity, and with delicious home-cooked meals, he is slowly regaining his strength. His carers are highly experienced and we feel confident that he is receiving the highest standard of care at all times.

Bluebird Care Pontypridd and their careers have vastly improved my quality of life, personal care and well-being with their support, and I could not be more grateful to have their help. Their carers genuinely care, and you couldn’t ask for more kind, diligent, thorough and thoughtful carers. Also, the admin team are very accommodating and patient, and will do their very best to get back to you with what you need, as soon as possible. I wish I could give them 10/5! If you are looking to have care, I couldn’t recommend Bluebird Pontypridd any higher!

Bluebird Care cares for my mother-in-law and during the last two months, my husband has been very ill, Bluebird has really supported myself and my mother-in-law in making sure she is okay whilst I can't be there as I normally am. She has had good days and bad days but they have really been brilliant in helping keep her schedule and making things flow as comfortably for her whilst I wasn't able to. They have not only supported my mother-in-law but also myself during a really tough time and have helped us so much. We have an amazing team who always go above and beyond on a daily basis, not just for the client they are attending to but for the family around the client. My mother-in-law calls them her family and her face lights up when they come for her calls, she's always clean and looks amazing with little special touches, her room is always filled with laughter, singing and even dancing when able. We really couldn't give her the chance to stay in her own house without them.

We have been using Bluebird Care for the past 3 months since my dad came out of hospital after having a stroke. They are a very professional and caring team. All at Bluebird have been amazing, very kind and helpful. They have genuine concerns for my dad and have taken the time to get to know him. They have helped him to adjust back into his home, and addressed all our concerns with this process. The service Bluebird provide is excellent. They have a very efficient and easy way by use of an app, to keep you updated. A schedule is shown and notes from every visit from the carers. They are very resourceful if there are any issues and the office will also contact you if there is something you may need to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at carers for their family. They have helped my dad to adjust to being back home and without them this option would not have been feasible for him. Thank you to all of you for helping my dad to be in his own home.

From the very first meeting, I knew we were dealing with a professional, well-organised and caring team, both in the office and in the community. The carers were amazing, taking the time to listen to our concerns, getting to know my aunt’s personality and caring for her in a way that suited each and every situation they came across with care, respect and dignity. The dashboard app, where you can log in at any time of day to see extensive notes, staff scheduling times and much more was an excellent addition to the excellent hands-on care provided. Thank you, Bluebird team, for all your care and dedication over the last four months.

The service provided has been excellent. My dad likes all the carers who come to see him. I like that if a new carer starts, a familiar carer comes as well and introduces them. The app that they provide is excellent, with a daily update, once the carer has clocked out.

Carers and office staff were all very supportive and helpful. During very bad weather in January, I did expect carers to have difficulty and possibly miss some calls, but in spite of living at the top of a very steep hill and ice and snow making it very hazardous, we had all our usual calls. Carers left their cars at the bottom of the hill and walked up to us when suitable transport was not available.

After searching for a carer for my husband for quite a long time, I found Bluebird Care. They were an answer to my problems. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They always arrive on time and are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and besides treating my husband really well, they are always ready to listen to my woes. I am really glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone.
