Epic Care Started my care as a temporary provider but I have requested the council to have them on a permanent basis. I have had consistency in my care and have created a excellent bond with both my carers. The manager has been very supportive and is always available for me, even when i call him
over the weekend. I really recommend this company.

When we were struggling to get help from social services and/or NHS for my mum, we called Epic Care at 5pm desperate for a carer that night and the following days/weeks. The Manager was kind, and understanding and he and his team pulled it out of the bag, providing really good care from that
evening onwards. My mum had been reluctant to receive care but commented on how lovely her carer was and how she felt respected and comfortable with the personal care she received. The Manager ensured mum had 2 carers on rotation so they built up a rapport quickly, rather than a different one every time. Because my mum's needs changed by the day, both the company and carers were extremely flexible, staying extra time until my mum was ok. Unfortunately, my mum's health declined rapidly and she died on Monday. I'm so grateful in particular for her carer's help, staying extra time on Monday to make sure mum was okay on her last day. I would definitely recommend Epic Care as they took excellent care of my mum.
