Having heard horror stories of unsatisfactory care provision, I researched carefully and have been delighted by the care provided to my husband by Alina. His needs are sensitively and compassionately met by the carers, whose personalities are very different but who share the same commitment and
skills. As circumstances change, so does the care provision. When he was more able they encouraged his autonomy and as his abilities diminished they responded appropriately, always taking care to respect his dignity. There is always laughter and he looks forwards to their visits. The managers in the office are always very receptive to requests and queries and have been very helpful in giving advice and contacting the GP surgery. The care is also extended to me, which I appreciate.

We engaged with Alinacare when my parents moved to Hereford to help support the care I provide for my mum. From the initial contact with Sophie, both my father and I have felt truly listened to and supported. Every effort has been made to ensure that Mum's care is personalised to her needs, and no
request has ever been too much trouble. Each carer who has attended to Mum has been professional, friendly, and compassionate. Their support has made a real difference to helping support my dad. We're very grateful for the excellent standard of care and would not hesitate to recommend their service

Alina Homecare Hereford team are simply fantastic.
My Mum had a health crisis in September and they stepped in and cared for her beautifully .
From the very first interaction they were highly professional and person centred. They are adaptable and deliver very high quality homecare .
I would
highly recommend them .
My Mum will continue with their services long term and adapt the care as needed .

Alina in Hereford have provided excellent caring for more than a year. Not a single carer out of the many who have visited the house have let the team down. They appear to be happy and have some satisfaction in knowing that they are helping somebody who badly needs their support. They also appear to
have a good relationship with the persons running the operation in the Hereford office. All in all, an excellent decision was made when Alina was chosen to provide care.

The service and care my 81 year old brother received was excellent, we needed care for 4 days over the bank holiday weekend. The team came and did a thorough review, and put together a plan for us. All the worry was taken away due to the professional manner the manager and the team put our minds at
ease. When we returned we were rang to check we were happy with the service, and given an update on how things had gone. My brother also told me how brilliant the team had been when with him. Can not recommend this service, and team enough. Thank you

Alina have provided excellent care for my mother. All of the carers are friendly and professional and do a good job and we like them. They also cope with requests for various meals to be cooked and do a good job with these as well.

Alina have been providing excellent care & support for my father-in-law for the last 9 months visiting 3 times a week. The carers are lovely, responding to his needs with flexibility and compassion and Dad loves chatting to them. They have also helped to support us as family carers with tips and
strategies to overcome ups and downs which has been most welcome. Management is well organised too making sure we have reliable care in place each week and know who is coming & when.

Care put in place in a timely manner, and effort made by management staff to accommodate the individual needs of the service user.
Carers show a compassionate attitude and the service user likes their interaction and is very happy with overall care.
As a family member, I would agree but would like
to see more initiative at times e.g. when the service user started an emergency pack of medication, the carer forgot to administer it for the first 24 hours. This could have had serious consequences. The service user left a beeper that he needed to call the carer upstairs when he was downstairs, would be helpful if she had noticed and given it to him as he has no other way of calling her. A supply of medication came and one was not recognised it would have been helpful to tell me so I could discuss it with the pharmacy. So overall better communication would be good.

Working with Alina Homecare has been a breath of fresh air and such a support in difficult times. They are always very patient and flexible. The whole team are fantastic. From day one it has made such a difference. Alina work with you to understand specific needs to come up with positive solutions.
My mum and her partner both look forward to seeing the carers day to day - they are all so kind, friendly and competent. Everyone involved is happy to take on board feedback and has been very helpful in helping us navigate changing circumstances.

I have found the care and support given to my relative to be good. Their carers have been thoughtful. They have assessed her needs and responded accordingly. The team input has made a positive change to her quality of life. The carers are open to feedback and adjust their approach as needed. They
liaise with me when needed. I would recommend their care to others.

Alina started caring for my dad in late March. from the start, nothing was too much trouble. Two carers made me feel at ease. All the carers Dad has seen have been brilliant with him, he enjoys their visits and spending time with them.

Very pleased with the transition from my previous carer company, communication is excellent and looking forward to it continuing in the future.
Having a regular or the same carer is the best way for me as familiarity with the client is a big plus.

The care is good. The only issue is the lateness in getting up in the morning. Twelve hours in bed does not help the client with incontinence issues and lack of mobility.

Very professional company that put their client's needs and wishes first. Alina have been visiting my mum three times a day for the last nine months. Every carer I have met has been friendly and respectful to my mum who has dementia but is still living in her own home.

I have been with Alina Homecare for almost a year and I feel the care they provide is second to none. All the staff are very professional and attend to my needs in an exceptional manner. The office staff are always at the end of the phone for any concerns I may have. Staff ensure I am safe, well and
looked after. I feel happy and confident in the staff and feel that I can raise any problems that may arise and get a quick and prompt response. I would highly recommend Alina Homecare to anyone.
