Staff cared for my mother for three months before she passed. They were kind, caring, dedicated and extremely hard-working. They treated her with respect and dignity. They kept her clean and comfortable. The district nurses were surprised her skin was in very good condition with no signs of pressure
sores despite her being bedridden for several months. My mother looked forward to their visits.
I will always be grateful to them for making her last days more bearable.

The company has continued to consistently provide personal care calls for my sister. Carers are pleasant and clearly show they want to provide a good service; however, on occasions, it is felt the calls are rushed. Following the recent change of staff, there has been an increase in the number of
mishaps during personal care calls, resulting in frequent need of washing slings and client room smelling unpleasant. It would be better to try and keep carers consistent with those that client gets along with to avoid distress for all.

My carer was extremely helpful this morning. He helped me with all my usual care needs and went to a Doctors appointment. Most of all, I was struggling to send, in the post, some important paperwork.
He suggested taking photos and sending them via computer, which he did for me as my hands are very
weak, so that was brilliant and a huge relief to me. Fantastic help and support in all directions. Many thanks.

Very efficient and professional assessment from the staff.
Two carers started last week, one, in particular, is an absolutely lovely girl and genuinely has a caring nature, she will fit into caring. Only showed her the routine once and she’s been excellent.
We will be happy with her as our regular
girl as we feel comfortable with her.

Also, another staff member is very good. 5 stars.
