Don't use this company either as an employee or a client. The director has no interest in the caring profession whatsoever. The carers he employs who have provided a good level of care in our case have not been paid for many weeks' work, despite the company receiving full payment from clients for
invoices. He treats his employees as 'disposable' and has little interest in retaining good employees or clients. Be aware of this if you are looking for work with this company.
