When my mother came out of hospital she was worried about having carers, however the care she has been given has been exceptional. She is happy, always singing the carer's praises and her mental health has improved by having someone she trusts and gets on with. The carer has shown dedication and
compassion and Mum looks forward to her coming. Mum is always clean, well-dressed and the carers always cleans up after herself. Thank you for caring for my mum.

My dad has a carer 3 times a day, they are on time, very obliging, and go the extra mile with spending time with him. They are very patient as dad can be awkward at times. We would recommend them, thanks for all you do.

Cornerstone have been caring for my mother for over 6 months. The staff have made my mother feel safe and she is always pleased to see them during one of her 4 daily visits. They try and keep their caring team small and consistent. We are always informed if there is a problem and they have called
the doctor in and picked up prescriptions when needed. They are all friendly and extremely caring. We have been very happy with the service provided.

I am extremely happy with all that my carer is doing for me.
She is very efficient in all that she does. We have established a daily routine which suits both of us perfectly.
She is always cheerful and friendly. I have always been treated with the greatest of respect by her on a daily basis and
most importantly she has helped me to maintain a sense of dignity.
She encourages me to perform tasks for myself which will help me to progress but always she ensures I go at my own pace and does not force me to rush things I am not ready for.
I feel very relaxed when we are carrying out the daily routine and can say I enjoy her company.

The carers have been looking after a friend who has been in a very difficult predicament. They have gone out of their way and have been very patient and compassionate. They have spent more time than allocated and helped with hospital and shopping duties along with washing and some outdoor activity.

The whole family has valued the excellent care given to our mum by carers from Cornerstone Care. Having a regular pair of carers makes such a difference to mum. The two carers really are exceptional: kind, compassionate, thoughtful and so skilled. It makes such a difference knowing that mum is in
good hands. And on top of all this, they have mum smiling and laughing throughout the visits. An excellent service.

The carers were friendly, kind and always cheerful. Knowing that they would be on time made a huge difference when planning our day. My husband felt safe in their hands which has helped him to gain confidence and helped his recovery.

Two girls have been absolutely amazing towards my Nan. The girls have come in and treated her with the best service with dignity and respect.
My Nan always lights up when seeing them.

We had two wonderful carers four times a day for my sister. Their care and compassion was exceptional. While she was vocal, they interacted wih her and when she became non-vocal, the care they showed her was absolutely beyond words. Also, the interaction with myself was wonderful. Nothing was too
much trouble, while at the same time being very professional and the best word is 'caring'.

Excellent care is being provided for my Mama, the young lady who attends is friendly caring, and very well-mannered.
Her overall appearance is lovely and she is a pleasure to work with. Every task is undertaken with the utmost care and attention.
