We have found the service provided by Four Oaks to be more than satisfactory. Communication is good and one particular carer provided is excellent. Any minor hiccups are dealt with promptly. We would be content to speak to anyone who is looking to use the services of Four Oaks.

Our current carer goes above and beyond to cater for all of mum's needs and gives me peace of mind knowing she is in good hands and keeps her mind stimulated. Mum is very happy with the carer and has good communication with her.

We were referred to Four Oaks Healthcare by our doctor and we have never looked back. We have, in turn, referred Four Oaks to another friend already and they too are experiencing outstanding service, not just by our live-in carer but the admin team at Four Oaks are professional, friendly and very
quick to help. The owner is efficient, smart, polite and incredibly helpful, she has given us the perfect profile match carer for our mum. Our mother has been treated with the utmost respect at all times, she is always clean, well-catered for and mentally stimulated, not just left in a chair with a view. We can not fault Four Oaks and would highly recommend them to other families looking for a live-in carer.
