Myself, my brother and sister began caring for our dad two years ago. This year our dad's needs changed, and we had to make the decision to get home care to help meet our dad's needs - this was a very worrying time. We chose Innovative; they’ve been caring for our dad since the end of July.
They’ve been fantastic. We, as a family, feel at ease knowing our dad is cared for well when we’re not there. The carer keeps us informed of any changes or concerns with our dad. Documentation is completed so we, as a family, can see what our dad has eaten and how his feeling on visits, chatty, quiet etc; this is so reassuring to us as a family. Our dad is treated with dignity and respect. We’re very happy with the care our dad is receiving and would recommend Innovative to other families. We, as a family, know it's a very worrying time and a difficult decision when a parent needs extra support to enable them to remain happy in their own home.
