Very pleasant carer, comes regularly.
Consistant care and good communication between the on site carers, the admin staff and the visiting management. I would recomend CareYourWay for home care of elderly frail clients. Any queries were quickly addressed and not allowed to become a problem. I felt reassured to leave my mother in their care without the need for any intervention. Mother was confortable and well cared for until the peaceful end.
Care Your Way were absolutely incredible to my mum and family. As soon as I met the manager, I was met with such genuine care and warmth, during a very difficult time towards the end of mums life. We were trying to get Mum home from a hospice during her final days and they did everything to make this happen so quickly to meet Mums wishes to get her home quickly. They were caring, attentive, supportive and patient. This didn't feel like a service from a company, it felt so personal and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for making a try difficult time easier. Forever grateful to Care Your Way.
After the initial meeting, the carers adapted quickly. They learnt my routine and we fell into a rhythm. They have been aware of my needs and try to leave the house ready for a day's use. They are smiling and bring a breath of normality.
I contacted CareYourWay after Dad's NHS package of care finished following a hospital admission. The manager was very approachable and was willing to help provide a bespoke package of care. The team were very responsive to emails and phone calls and I always got through to a person on the phone. The carers started 5 days ago. They are all very friendly and gentle with Dad. They were supervised for the first few visits. The carers have been prompt and treated Dad, me and our house respectfully. I am very happy with the company so far.
My mother received stoma care from care your way. The care was exceptional, she then had to move to palliative care and they she has a live in carer. The 2 years of care was exceptional and we are very happy. The carers went above and beyond for try mother.
They are very good
Care Your Way Herts were fantastic at taking care of my housebound, terminally ill Dad during the last 10 months of his life. They provided live in support with wonderful, caring staff. As my Dad's condition deteriorated they altered his support to meet his needs. The managers were also very responsive and gave excellent customer service. When an urgent care requirement occurred with my mother-in-law Care Your Way were the only care company we found who were willing and able to provide the required immediate level of support - in the end she was hospitalised instead but their lightening fast response to our urgent request was much appreciated..
My mum has been looked after by care your way for almost 2 years. She has always been cared for in the best possible way & this gives me peace of mind. All the staff are very caring & professional. The office staff are always very helpful & always make sure that the carers they provide are very well suited to my mums needs. I would highly recommend them.
The change in the rota can be confusing. When the evening carer arrives one hour early it makes P.M food time difficult. I would like access to the schedule online.
CareYourWay has been a great asset to Mum's care (she has dementia). All staff are very friendly and professional. It means I don't have to worry about her so much. Would not hesitate to recommend.
I am very pleased with the service I am having. Your carers are my friends.
Dad has been receiving companionship care for 3 months now and is delighted with it. The carers treat him with respect and are very friendly.
I have been with this company for over a year and have a good experience of care. One small downside is that they employ foreign students from universities. These girls and very pleasant and caring but their bedmaking and shower screen cleaning are not always up to standard.
Very satisfied, lovely people.
All the carers that attended to my wife were very attentive to her needs and carried out their tasks with compassion and a friendly smile. This type of care is very important when one is feeling down. Were prompt and on time.
Thank you for your help and support. My aunt enjoys seeing her carers every day having a laugh and a joke with them and it’s lovely to see that if she needs anything done, she will ask the carers, and for myself, it’s been lovely to meet you all.
I like the carers that come to me, they ask me for anything I need.
I have found all the carers we have had to be very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They have made my days much easier. I look forward to their visits, and they brighten my days. My wife always seems brighter when they have been. I am very grateful to the manager for all she has done for us in arranging my wife's care and my respite period.
