We employed the services of Care Navigation since last July until mum's recent passing on 1 February.
All the carers were compassionate and professional to the end and I would highly recommend their services. The care home managers and coordinators, Maria and Maryam were always available and
supportive. Mum had her favourite carers, but I don't wish to exclude any of them from the hugely valuable work that they have all done, and continue to do. Carers within our communities are unsung heroes and they are all deserving of better respect and recognition. Well done Care Navigation - for a short moment in time you became 'one of the family' and in a strange kind of way I will miss you. Thank you.

Care Navigation started looking after my mum when she was discharged from hospital. She was reluctant to accept help and have people coming into her home. However, the manager and all the girls were so helpful, caring and kind, that my parents wanted them to continue supporting them.
Mum and Dad's
health began to deteriorate, and Care Navigation supported them with a 24-hour carer. They were amazing and made such a difference to Mum and Dad. With their help and support, we were able to keep my parents in their own home until they passed away.

We have used the services of Care Navigation Ltd from October 2023 until February 2024.
Over this period we have been very pleased with the excellent service they have provided.
The staff in all departments have been professional, helpful and above all understanding.
We would recommend the
company, and when needed we will use them again.
