I stumbled across RAH while searching online for some local care for mum two days after my call they came out to chat with mum and me about what we would like help with then shortly after we got an email matching us with three possible carers who all had things in common with mum and by the end of
the week we were introduced to our carer what a relief, RAH staff made the whole process so easy and stress free they really do CARE, we can't thank them enough for all they have done for mum and the family they are flexible and go out of their way to accommodate any changes that crop up like changes of GP or hospital appointments the only reason we have stopped using RAH is that sadly mum has gone into a care home if you're looking for care choose RAH we couldn't fault them.

As a family we were so impressed with the level of care provided by Right at Home. All the care was given with kindness and compassion. Quality of care was exceptional and reliable and communication with the management team was excellent. The carers were such lovely people and I enjoyed chatting to
them. My aunt managed to stay at home till her passing which was so important to her and her family. Right at Home played a big part in making this possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use their care again.

I am the son of my 91 year old mother who is being cared for by Right at Home. All of the carers have performed their duties with professional, caring and friendly attitudes at all times. I recommend their services to everyone looking for home care services.

My wife suffered from Alzheimer's over a long time, and I employed Right at Home to look after her at home over the last 8 months of her life until she passed away peacefully in July 2025.
The team of carers who came in 3 times a day were compassionate and respectful, and nothing was too much
trouble. They kept my wife calm and content with their good humour, and they always seemed to manage to produce a lovely smile from her. All the carers, without exception were simply marvellous.
I found the management at Right at Home to be sympathetic but efficient, with lots of help available at all times.
I am so pleased that my wife was able to spend the last few months of her life in comfort and in the surroundings of her own home. In spite of some stressful times, I have many good memories of all the staff at RAH, for which I am so grateful. To anyone considering care at home for an elderly relative, I have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home.

For over one year now my family have employed RAH to help care for my aging stepfather. During this time we have been impressed with their care and attention, often in difficult circumstances. Regrettably following a hospital stay father was moved into a local care home. Despite this RAH still see
him twice weekly and continue to support him and the family. Their expertise and knowledge has been invaluable.

I am 83 and live alone. After a hip replacement, I arranged for daily visits for domestic matters from a company chosen at random. From the outset, their management and team were excellent. All visits were at the agreed time by clean, well-dressed, and friendly carers.
I was free to request
specific tasks, usually tidying the kitchen, vacuuming, ironing and making and changing my bed.
I also used the carers post cataract operations (April and June 2024) and the level of care was excellent. They were happy to carry out small additional tasks such as picking up a few things from a local shop and offering to collect prescriptions.
All of the team were pleasant and friendly and were happy to sit and chat which was very therapeutic for a person living alone.
The management team were helpful at all times.
I have been very happy with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them. If I need care in the future, I will give them a call.

I am so grateful to Right at Home for the support they have provided to my father. The carers go the extra mile to ensure Dad has a positive experience when they visit and take him out. They also did a great job taking him to the dentist recently when he had an emergency appointment. I am
particularly grateful as the appointment was at the last minute and I was unable to take him due to work commitments. Their online portal is excellent as I can clearly see upcoming bookings with Right at Home and a clear summary of what took place during previous visits. I can honestly say one of my best decisions of the year was using Right at Home!

Firstly, I must say the service and level of care and support given by all your team is fantastic- no issues whatsoever. I'm not an expert in the care business, but the process of 1st contact to the meeting at home was made to be an easy process and put me at ease. The level of care given is of a
high professional and the time during visits put Mum and us at ease, nothing was an issue, nothing was a rush and all staff attending are very attentive. Billing is straightforward and clear and I would openly recommend Right at Home.

We have been using the services of Right at Home for the last 9 months, to be part of the care team for my 86-year-old disabled father who has suffered from MS for the last 27 years. From the outset, RAH has delivered an unbelievably professional, but compassionate and personal service. As with most
things the key is fantastic people, the blend of great caregivers, great management, and effective structures, creates a fantastic recipe for success. It takes so much pressure away from us as a family to have so much confidence in the care provision that RAH are delivering. I can't speak highly enough of them.

Right at Home Grantham is an outstanding care provider. They care deeply about their clients and match their staff to their clients with great thought and sensitivity. My father-in-law has been treated with dignity, care, thoughtfulness, and compassion and really enjoys the visits from Right at Home
staff. Nothing is too much trouble for this care provider.
The management is outstanding and the staff are really well trained and carefully selected for their vocation to this caring profession. Communication and feedback are also excellent.
I could not recommend this care provider more highly.

Honestly can't recommend Right at Homes Care enough. The management team goes above and beyond for not only their clients but also their families. They help make such a difficult and emotional time so much easier. They make you feel like nothing is too much bother and that the clients are part of
the family rather than simply another client.
The carer we had was incredible and from the moment we met her, it felt like we'd known her for years.

My mother had carers at mealtimes and overnight. I was impressed at the consistency of carers with that number of calls and also during the holiday period. After 3 months none of them were strangers.
They treated my mother with courtesy, gave her encouragement, and through getting to know her made
her days at home better. It was not easy for my mother to have new people coming into her house each day with their tasks to do. However, the carers worked with her to make her meals appetising and healthy, to enable her to go and sit outside on warm days, and to ask her about her life prior to her illness. It was lovely to have a carer take her to a meal with friends.
The carers also worked with me so that I could get necessary supplies or order medication. The manager did some shifts so that they were familiar with my mum's situation.
The same carers were quickly back in place after my mother had spells in hospital.

They came to my rescue at a very difficult time when I had very few options for help to take care of my elderly relative.

Excellent service from all the team, both support staff and carers. Right At Home provides a personalised service, carers arrive at the time agreed and the care given is professional and delivered competently and with kindness and respect. What we particularly appreciated was that Dad only had three
different carers which made him feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, carers used their initiative and if any issues or concerns were identified someone contacted us. Would recommend, thank you.

I could not be more thankful for the service provided by a truly professional and dedicated caring team from Right at Home.
Each morning, when the carers arrived, I got a warm greeting that both lifted my spirits and got me motivated. The help that was provided was carried out with both discretion
and adaptability.
Ultimately, their dedication and motivation helped me improve my health, giving me confidence to manage on my own. My care started in July 2023 through to May 2024.

Having used other care companies in the past, we were impressed by Right at Home. The carers are polite, friendly and very efficient. From the first visit, they worked with us to make things run smoothly. Any problems that do arise, can be solved with a phone call. I would have no problem

The care service is outstanding. The carers are engaged, attentive, compassionate and very flexible and competent. Everyone in the organisation, from the managing director down, are professional and pay scrupulous attention to detail. My aunt has been completely reassured and regained confidence and

Carers are always on time and give good service as per our requests. Nothing seems too much trouble and if there are any issues someone will give us a call to identify so that we can follow up. Would highly recommend.
