Dedication and outstanding care

For many months we had home care several times a day and 3 nights a week by carers who treated our mother like their own mother. They are genuinely friendly, gentle, kind but firm (as is sometimes needed when a person doesn't want to get up or shower etc) , and totally respectful to mum. She
trusted them completely and enjoyed their company which gave her purpose during the day when she was alone for hours. The emotional support and attention is second to none and most of the staff were highly experienced with catheters, checking for sores, administering various medicines and ensuring they stayed out of reach. I can totally recommend this agency for their honesty, integrity and the attention to detail with the daily notes. They made mum feel special, respected and safe. Most importantly my sister and I totally trusted them with our mum for the times we couldn't be there. Mum has since moved into 24 hr residential nursing care otherwise we would still use Elite.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The management were most professional, well organised and went the extra mile to meet my mother's needs and wishes before she passed. The carers were always cheerful, most caring,compassionate and treated my mother with the utmost respect and
dignity. They talked to her and explained what they were going to do, even when she was no longer able to respond. Always ensuring that she was comfortable prior to leaving. My mother was compos mentis to the end and whilst she was able, she always thanked the carers. Furthermore, before they left, they always asked if there was anything more that they could do to help me. An EXCELLENT service all round.

I would strongly recommend this care company. The management are totally professional and well organised. The staff are very efficient, friendly & supportive of both Mum and me. I am confident that in raising any concerns the matter will be dealt with quickly & effectively. I appreciate the care,

A really caring company determined to do the best for the client and her family at all times. Friendly and competent staff who come regularly and on time to care for the client. Cheerful and very prepared to go the extra mile to do their best for the client. Highly recommend for all they do to

Elite Professionals provided four visits per day to my husband in his last two weeks of life. Without exception, all of the carers were friendly, kind, caring and respectful. They talked to my husband and explained all of the things they were about to do to help him and they even made him laugh on
occasion. They provided him with dignity and gave me time to just comfort him whilst they carried out the tasks necessary. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elite to anyone in a similar situation to us, they were wonderful.

We had the carers from Elite to help us look after my mum at the end of her life. They were all absolutely kind and caring in all aspects of the work that they did. The care they gave my mum was outstanding and the support they all gave the family was above and beyond. They helped us get through a
difficult situation and my mum's last few weeks as comfortable and settled as possible.

My dad was discharged from hospital to my house for palliative care. Elite Care Professionals came for a first visit and were true to their name. They provided professional, empathetic care with humour and dignity. They allocated a small number of people to provide continuous care. We would highly
recommend their services without hesitation.

My husband has been receiving care from Elite Care Professionals since the beginning of September and I can't recommend this company enough. The management team and carers are exceptional. All staff are highly trained, competent, caring and polite, nothing is too much trouble. Care is tailored to
meet the individual's needs and is carried out in a kind, respectful and professional manner. They always go the extra mile to make sure their service users are happy and well cared for. The management team are always available and will always be flexible when needs change. Having this support has enabled my husband to remain at home and receive the care he needs. I am extremely grateful for the care and support Elite Care professionals provide.

My disabled wheelchair-bound 30-year-old son has severe learning difficulties and epilepsy and has been using the services of Elite Care Professionals for about four months. They provide a male carer escort for two days a week to accompany my son to his daycare centre and return home journey.
My
son can be difficult at times in his behaviour but he has taken very well to having the same regular escort.
I have found the escort to be very pleasant and kind, he has attended punctually each morning has provided me with his contact number and will update me if there are any delays concerning transport.
I have had a review with the Company Manager at our home address and have been given the opportunity to ask any questions relating to the service provided so far. The Manager was very approachable and even asked how they could make their services better.
I would have no problem in recommending this Company to my friends or family for their services.
