We would like to reassure you that care visits remain scheduled at the same agreed times throughout the year, including during the winter months. Although darker evenings, adverse weather or unexpected travel delays can occasionally affect a carer's journey, we carefully monitor all visits. Where staffing challenges arise, our management team steps in to ensure that no person is left without their scheduled care.
