Overall Experience

My husband has been receiving care from Elite Care Professionals since the beginning of September and I can't recommend this company enough. The management team and carers are exceptional. All staff are highly trained, competent, caring and polite, nothing is too much trouble. Care is tailored to meet the individual's needs and is carried out in a kind, respectful and professional manner. They always go the extra mile to make sure their service users are happy and well cared for. The management team are always available and will always be flexible when needs change. Having this support has enabled my husband to remain at home and receive the care he needs. I am extremely grateful for the care and support Elite Care professionals provide.

Overall Experience

My disabled wheelchair-bound 30-year-old son has severe learning difficulties and epilepsy and has been using the services of Elite Care Professionals for about four months. They provide a male carer escort for two days a week to accompany my son to his daycare centre and return home journey.

My son can be difficult at times in his behaviour but he has taken very well to having the same regular escort.

I have found the escort to be very pleasant and kind, he has attended punctually each morning has provided me with his contact number and will update me if there are any delays concerning transport.

I have had a review with the Company Manager at our home address and have been given the opportunity to ask any questions relating to the service provided so far. The Manager was very approachable and even asked how they could make their services better.

I would have no problem in recommending this Company to my friends or family for their services.

Overall Experience

The overall experience with Elite Care Professionals has been a pleasant one. I have found them to be helpful, professional, understanding and good value for money. My mother has been treated with dignity and respect by the staff. I would recommend family and friends to Elite. They have even gone out of their way to recruit Indian carers to help with Mum's requirements. Keep up with the excellent work!
