I truly want to appreciate the efforts of Greymate Care Ltd. Honestly, I was looking for a person who will take care of my grandmother. Finally I met them and they gave me tremendous help by assigning two caregivers who will take care of my grandmother.

This was the first time I had need to call upon a carer/companion. It was to help me attend a hospital appointment, for which I was very nervous. I couldn't have been in better hands. I was supported to just the right level - my companion was very intuitive to my needs, both physical and mental.
Although I was slightly early, she was already there and she organised a wheelchair for me. She didn't crowd me, but I was always aware she was being attentive and ready to respond. I had said in advance that I may be quiet, so she didn't intrude, but she chatted when I wanted to. Unfortunately, for medical reasons, the procedure didn't go ahead, so I will have to return. I definitely will be using this service again. One tip for service users (my psychotherapist suggested this): If possible, let the companion know in advance what helps and what doesn't as everyone is different e.g some people like to talk a lot or be touched when nervous and others prefer the opposite. A big thanks to the manager.

I have really struggled to get care in place for my father and was starting to lose hope, the easy service and no-problem attitude from Greymate Care were just what I needed. The process was so easy and they were happy to help.
