The carers themselves are ok but management are beyond incompetant! I have had carers i have never seen before let themselves into my home without so much as a call from the office to let me know that my regular carer is away and this has not been a one off in fact this has been an ongoing regular
occurance despite my repeatedly asking them not to send strangers to my home without prior warning! I would not recomend this company to look after my worst enemy if i could rate zero and leave a review they would get minus stars !!!!!

The carers themselves are lovely but the office consists of absolutely useless, incompetent and downright dumb people - communication poor and service is bare minimum - if they could, they would keep people under their care stuck in their bed and not move at all because then there is no fear of
anyone suing them. Forget about any individual approach depending on the client... they don't care. It doesn't come from a place of care but fear of being sued. I have had a long experience with different care agencies and I would say that no matter how lovely the carers are, if the middle management is full of incompetent pen pushers, then that will be the level of care. Bare minimum. Once this NHS package runs out, be assured, this won't be the agency to continue with.
