I have been very happy with the service. Hillview staff and management have a happy feeling about them and I would recommend them to others. They are friendly, caring and punctual, and have done what I needed efficiently and quietly.

My experience with Hillview home care for my parents has been very good since they started roundabout March 2025..
All the staff that have been dealing with my parents have been lovely.. So very friendly and understanding of their needs..

Just wanted to pass on a huge thank you to you and your fantastic team for the care delivered to my mum since you took over.
The care provided so far has exceeded expectations and I can see mum already engaging with the ladies.
I am also really pleased to have such detailed notes written and
updated, with handovers communicated clearly.
All of this has already increased my confidence in the care being provided for mum.

Hill View Care Service put in place an emergency care package when I fell and broke my arm badly. As the prime carer for my husband, who has parkinsons this support was invaluable. The team involved were amazing; kind, helpful and caring. The amount of time allocated for each visit involved we were
well supported, and we never felt rushed. The women work so hard, but were always bright and cheerful, and I really enjoyed getting to know them. Thank you all.

The quality of care my mum has received from Hillview Care Service in Edinburgh has been outstanding right from the start. Every member of staff is punctual, friendly and above all, extremely caring and sensitive to my Mum's needs since her stroke. As a family, we feel lucky to have found such an
excellent team - it is so reassuring to know Mum is being looked after by fantastic staff, who often go above and beyond to help, and who so obviously truly care.

The carers have built a good relationship with my mum and she seems happy to have them attend to her needs.
I am very pleased with the service provided, it has been very helpful and reassuring for me personally.

We are happy with the care and support provided. The staff are polite and patient with my elderly mother who has difficulty communicating. The management are unfailingly prompt to respond and proactive with concerns and have been professional and easy to work with. I live abroad and I'm reassured
that Hillview staff and management are providing great support for my mother.

My husband is looked after by Hillview care team for 20 hours per week. The team have very much become part of the family. The care, kindness and respect with which my husband is exemplary. Compassion and understanding shine through this highly trained team. Nothing is a problem, which is hugely
comforting. The kindness, understanding and compassion shown to him are hugely supportive. Staff professionalism has been noted by myself, and cafe staff. Thank you to each and every one.

Excellent care company to deal with. My wife, who suffers from dementia, has been well looked after since we started using their services a few months ago. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hillview to anyone looking for a care company.

I could not fault Hillview. The manager's professional experience along with her friendly and engaging manner allowed her to quickly put my relative at ease and develop a rapport. The service was put in place at fairly short notice and has worked exceptionally well since. My relative had only
experienced one other care agency, but there was no comparison. Hillview go out of its way to tailor his support to his changing needs and to listen and respect his wishes. He previously experienced significant health anxiety, but the support and reassurance from the well-trained carers have made a profound impact. He has great relationships with all the carers and he looks forward to their visits every day. It is plain to our whole family that our relative is experiencing a significant change and improvement in his quality of life since Hillview took over his care. I work professionally in health and social care so I have come across many different agencies and Hillview is exceptional.

Staff are well-trained, enthusiastic and friendly. They make the whole experience positive. The manager and her husband both do shifts from time to time and so maintain awareness of our situation. They are very responsive to requests.

We have only been using Hillview for a couple of weeks for my dad but our experience has been entirely positive. We needed someone to start quickly and the staff were fantastic at speeding up the usual assessment process and getting carers in within a week of my first phone call. Dad is delighted
with the carers who attend who he says are cheerful, competent and hard-working. My experience with the manager has been brilliant. She answers my emails quickly, responds to my queries and makes helpful suggestions. It's a tricky time just now with Dad's deteriorating health but the staff at Hillview are making it easier than it would otherwise be. We're all very grateful and would highly recommend this team.

I would recommend Hillview Care Services for anyone looking for high standards and reliability. The carers are friendly, enthusiastic, respectful and very professional. They arrive on time and work to fit in with my routine.
They listen to me and are well-trained in the needs of caring for the
elderly and disabled. I look forward to seeing them, confident that I will be in safe hands. My family are at ease to know that we have such good service from Hillview.

Changed provider to Hillview as the other one was getting far too expensive even though the old one was a good service. Found this company and from the get-go all I can say is I have found the service absolutely first class and friendly and well run by the mental health trained manager. I would have
them for myself if I ever needed it!

Hillview has been caring for my husband since he was discharged from the hospital. He suffered a stroke and is now in recovery. The carers are all very polite and considerate and treat him with dignity. He gets on well with them all, has a great rapport with them and enjoys a laugh. They are all
very kind and patient with him.

Hillview Care Service has provided personal care for my husband on a daily basis since he got home from the hospital six months ago. He is recovering from a stroke and their carers are always professional, caring and understanding of my husband’s needs. They are totally reliable with regard to
timekeeping and all their carers provide a consistently high standard of client-centred care which is always carried out with a good-natured demeanour. We would highly recommend them.
