At Hand Supported Living was highly recommended from the council.
My son's needs are matched perfectly. As it's extremely important that my son's triggers are noted, this service we're sure to understand my son's autism.
I can now relax with any anxiety knowing that when he is in the care of this
service, they really are looking after him.
Everything my son enjoys doing is being granted and actioned.
Thank you very much for making my son's Personal Assistant a great match!

I have no hesitation in recommending the manager and his agency for full-time live-in care services. The manager took a great deal of time to understand the unique needs of my Mother and is committed to delivering high quality, compassionate care through his team. His agency is professional,
responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure clients feel supported, safe, and respected in their own home.

I've been working with the manager and his team for about a year, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care they provide for my mum. Her situation is complex, yet they manages it with great skill, sensitivity, and professionalism. Communication with the manager is always attentive and seamless.

From the start the level of service we received for my husband who has early-onset Alzheimer's was excellent. He received wonderful care both personally and with day-to-day life. The attention to detail and interaction gave me peace of mind whilst being able to continue with work. I couldn't be more

The manager is a kind and caring man. He has an optimistic temperament which I find a great asset when things are challenging. He has been helping me care for my husband who has dementia. I would recommend this home care provider.

The carer is a good, honest, energetic and caring person. His service is very satisfactory and very professional in his work. He finishes works respectfully and very responsible towards his client. He makes the client more independent and responsible.

We have been looking, for our autistic son, for PA for a long time. We found one from here and my son and PA clicked straight away. He has been fun, relaxed and understanding with our son and made everything so much easier, fun and less worry.
