My friend received care from Pronashe for the second time, to enable her to attend a church residential weekend. Despite being an unusual, very short-term arrangement, Patricia was flexible and drew up a bespoke contract for us. She took great care to understand my friend's requirements, talking
with her on the phone beforehand (we live some distance away) to reassure her. On both occasions, the carers quickly built a rapport with my friend, who has multiple physical and mental health difficulties as well as borderline learning disability. They took time not only to care for her physical needs during their visits, but to make her feel special as a person, keeping the tone warm and light - I often returned to my friends room to hear laughter being shared. My friend remembers Mary fondly, as she looked after her on both occasions, and she's already asked to have Mary again when we next return to Battle. I would certainly recommend Pronashe!
