The service has ben first class. The ladies are all very careing and helpful They are always here on time and carry out tasks aasked of them. The ladies ally washed and dressed my Wife each morning and in the evening washed her again and got her ready and got her into bed and in the morning got her
up . She was always happy what they did for her. It was a great help for me

My mum and I were referred to Sunbear by a friend who had care visits in place for her mum. It was a scary time as my mum had been fully independent and the idea of having constant visitors who had access to my mum's home felt intrusive. But we have had carers in twice daily for over a year now and
both mum and I have been so delighted with the service provided. The carers are kind and gentle. That is what truly matters to me - to know that each person who enters my mum's home treats her with kindness and respect.
Communication is flawless and I am so grateful for that as even the small things are flagged to me which has been invaluable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and its staff.

Many thanks to the team at Sunbear Care who were able to help my father after coming back from hospital. They were very efficient from the first phone call to starting care, and have some very lovely, polite carers. I would have no hesitation recommending Sunbear Care in the future.

Sunbear Care were very responsive to my mother's needs and always contactable on the 'phone. They were quick to develop a package commensurate with her needs and had the flexibility to adjust it as required. Office-based staff were always very professional and courteous, and too the time to get the
right person for my mother. The care was delivered kindly and professionally. Thank you.

Thank you so much to the manager and the team for acting quickly after Mum's fall - lovely caring and flexible staff - coped with a very demanding 90-year-old and stayed overnight.
You transformed a super solution out of a crisis. Highly recommend this caring team.

Sunbear, unlike other care services I had contacted, were able to offer exactly what I'd requested. Literally tailored to suit our needs.
They were prompt in carrying out a home visit/assessment and we're friendly and professional.
I needed live-in care for my elderly mother, in order for me to
have a much-needed break.
My mother was satisfied with the care she received and I was happy she was left in safe hands.

We have been using this care provider service since the beginning of the year. Overall we have found the standard of care to be of a high standard. The carer has a respectful and sensitive approach towards the client. We are able to communicate easily to the service administrators who are always
accessible when needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this care provider service to other people.

The 2 ladies who visit dad twice a day to administer his meds and prepare his meals are lovely. They are kind, considerate and prompt. Dad was stressed and upset about his medication and the time had come for us to take this worry from him. Everything is working very well.

I used Sunbear Care after surgery in January 2024. They visited before my surgery to assess my needs and again to introduce me to the carer who would be visiting. They provided transport from the hospital to my home after the procedure, and the carer visited for 45 minutes every day for a week to
help out and to make sure that I was coping at home. The carer always arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful throughout.

After having a bad experience with our previous care provider. Our new provider Sunbear Care are a breath of fresh air. They provide a caring and friendly service whilst remaining professional and efficient. Their office staff are so very helpful and efficient. Their carers who visit my Mum go above
and beyond their job description because they actually care about my Mum's well-being. All in all, Sunbear provide excellent communication and an excellent service. I really can't see how they could improve. We are so very grateful for all they do. Thank you.

Knowing Mum has the on-hand care she needs from Sunbear puts my mind at rest. They are very professional in their approach and there is never anything too much to ask for. Mum has made new connections and a bond with all the carers who attend to her. I cannot fault the services, commitment and all
round support we have been given.

I was recently asked by a dear elderly friend to sit in at a meeting with Sunbear Care regarding her decision to obtain some help with personal and domestic care. We both found this company to be sensitive, helpful and not in any way pushy. My friend has a plan she herself chose with the added bonus
it can be added to as needed. Highly recommend this company; its kindness shows through. Thank you so much from us both.
