Right at home provides individualised, compassionate high quality care for my father on a daily basis. We value highly the consistency of staffing and the way in which the team have got to know dad as an individual. They are flexible and always go the extra mile.

I am extremely happy with all my carers. They treat me respectfully and I feel safe in their company. They always arrive at the agreed time and make sure my home is secure when they leave.

My mother is very happy with the level of care she receives. The carers keep me informed of anything untoward. We are very, happy to have found Right at Home.

The team was efficient, professional, compassionate, kindly and humorous. Time keeping was excellent and they constantly asked if there was anything additional they could do. They very quickly mastered PEG feeding and the inevitable, intricate aspects of bespoke care. The team was very respectful
(without being cloying) and were impressively quick to size up situations. This indicates empathy and emotional intelligence. Always within the parameters of care guidelines, they knew when to take the initiative, if this was ever needed. The owner of the agency was always very well-informed about our individual set up and was regularly updated by her staff. She was fearless in seeking honest feedback. She was also concerned about us as individuals.

At a very difficult time, the care service we needed was put in place very quickly and without fuss. The staff we met were professional and understood my needs. They arrived promptly each time and were very flexible in the tasks they undertook.

Both my mother and myself feel that we are listened to, heard clearly and Mum's needs put first. The team work together to provide an efficient and caring service. They adapt to her needs and offer reassurance when she gets upset. A well organised and efficient company.

We required a care package pulling together in a timely manner. The MD of Right at Home responded promptly and we were able to set up the support package quickly and efficiently. This was our first experience of accessing care, and both my mum and I were very impressed with how professional,
flexible and client centered the service was. My mum felt she was treated with dignity and respect and that the support workers were easy to build a positive rapport with. Overall we were very happy with the service we required and would highly recommend the company to anyone who requires care.

Right at Home cared for my father after he'd had a prolonged stay in hospital. Prior to discharge they visited his home, spoke to him in hospital, and had conversations with the occupational therapist to get an accurate assessment of his care needs. The team were there as he arrived home after
discharge so he received the best support right away. I found them to be compassionate, caring, and patient. They took time to get to know Dad and build a relationship with him, during a challenging time when he was having to adapt to a new 'normal' way of life. The MD and Care Coordinator kept me up to date daily which provided me with a welcome level of reassurance. I would be happy to recommend Right at Home.

I contacted Right at Home - Leeds East, Roundhay to Rothwell when my very elderly mum had a bit of a crisis and needed carers very urgently. I looked at a few businesses online and it was difficult to know where to start. I sent a message to the managing director on a Sunday morning and to my
surprise she called me within the hour and we had a long chat and started to put arrangements into place. The service I have had from Right at Home has been exemplary. Communication is excellent. They have been very flexible and responsive when changes to arrangements have been necessary, and above all the kind and caring attitude of the staff is just lovely. I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this business.

From our first meeting, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Right at Home. The staff are so friendly, attentive, and understanding to both myself and especially Mum. Being able to contact the carer directly is brilliant. The app is such a great addition, seeing how they have cared for
Mum on a daily basis. I am very happy knowing Mum is in safe hands with carers who not only do an amazing job but do care.

The care and support provided to my elderly father by Right at Home has been exceptional from day 1. Their commitment and passion for their role is very evident. The owners have taken time to assess my father's situation and ensure the best carers to match his needs have been provided. If
circumstances change or issues have arisen they have shown understanding and flexibility in the approach to the care given. I would say my father has thrived in the wonderful environment the carers have provided. Many thanks Right at Home!

From the minute I spoke to the owner I felt a sense of relief that all was going to be okay with Mum's care. We are a few months down the line now and all is going really well. I feel they are all part of our family now and I have total trust in all they are doing for Mum.
Timekeeping is brilliant
by the staff, and I am always informed if there are any issues.
The carers are chosen well and they are able to communicate with Mum and are very mindful of her religious beliefs.
Well done everyone on a great job that you are all doing!

Right at Home have been a breath of fresh air, after issues with our previous care company.
They have listened to what we need from them and how we want things done.
Having people in your home is never easy, but Right at Home have provided pleasant, professional staff who respect our home and
provide a fantastic level of care.
I would not have an issue with recommending them to anyone who needs a high level of care.

Right at Home is an excellent care provider. It is strange to speak in a professional sense because the care that is provided is so personal. My Mum regards her carer highly and she has become a true friend.
All the professional boxes are fully ticked, but it takes something a little special to
develop such a personal bond. It takes compassion and a willingness to connect and the carer has this in abundance. Despite being co-owner, she still takes time to personally look after my mum and she has said that she would not ask anybody to do something she would not do herself. This shouts 'high standards' out loud.
There is no question that my Mum is happy. The carer has provided both the company and practicality that was needed for a person in their mid-nineties. This service has changed my mum's life so much for the better, it would be great to know that a recommendation might change a few more.
This is also an opportunity to put my thanks on record. Thank you.

The team at Right at Home have been exceptional from first contact through to the care now currently provided for my 90 year old father.
They take the meaning of care literally and go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble.
My father can be challenging at times and their can do attitude
has helped to build a great relationship.
It gives us complete peace of mind knowing they are going in every day to look after Dad.
I would highly recommend them as a care company.

Finding this service has been a blessing for our family and my father. They go the extra mile to care. Caring is a vital aspect of the service but they are also very organised, full of initiative and reliable.
