We hired Blossom Home Care Nottingham and Derby to attend to my dads leg and feet because he had oedema. Then in Feb 2025 we hired Blossom to take over in providing full time care for my dad because we were happy with the service provided. It is still early days but so far we have found the service
to be good. The carers communication skills are good and they always contact the family if they have a question which good.

We have on the whole been satisfied with the care received. There have been one or two issues of concern but these were dealt with as and when they arose. On the overall care we have been satisfied.

We needed temporary care for our mum who suffers from dementia whilst our dad, her main carer, went away for the weekend. I cannot thank the carer enough for her kind and patient care of Mum, who would rather not have had any care!
The health assessment carried out was very thorough and contact was
excellent. We won't hesitate to use Blossom Home Care in the future. Thank you.

I am happy with the service. I get on with my carer and she is helping me to become more independent. I can see an improvement in my health and well-being since she has been coming. I can see an improvement too to my legs and I look forward to her coming.
I hope Blossom Home Care continues to
employ good staff like her. I appreciate the help, support and service.

We have been using Blossom Care for several months. We are very happy with the personal care my stepfather has experienced. The carers are so thorough and gentle. He is so well cared for in every way. The carers are always punctual and we have a key worker so we have a regular face which is good for
my stepfather. I highly recommend Blossom Care. They really do go the extra mile.

Since having dealings with Blossom Care we have been really impressed. They really put our family member's welfare at the centre of the time they are with them, the carers are very professional and friendly and it's nice that they get continuity with having the same carers all the time.

The level of care is very good. Communication between us is also very good.
