We could not be more delighted with the way that this carer has settled into our home and become a valued member of the family. The care she provides for my wife every day is outstanding. Alzheimers is a condition to test any carer and she has risen to the challenge providing a creditable blend of

Rainbow Care have provided care for my 94 year old father for 2 or 3 times a day (as the need has arisen) for the past 17 months. This has enabled him to stay in his own home. In that time I have always found both the office staff and the visiting carers to be approachable, helpful and very
accommodating. There have been occasions when I have asked them to step in at short notice when my dad has been particularly poorly and they have always done so, which has relieved some of the pressure on me. Communication has been particularly good in the past year, with staff letting me know if they have any concerns and making suggestions regarding my dad's wellbeing and I have always been able to contact the office to discuss any worries relating to my dad's health and medication with them. I'm very happy to recommend the service provided by Rainbow Care.

Rainbow Care have provided a Live-in carer for my 93 year old Aunt, for over 18 months and has no relatives who live close by to help. All the carers she has been allocated have been exceptional, providing the care, assistance and companionship which she requires. They have all been kind,
professional, helpful and caring in all respects. Since having a live-in carer, my Aunt has improved beyond recognition and although still unable to care for herself due to her mobility and dexterity problems she is now mentally much improved. I am in no doubt that my Aunt would have been unable to continue to live happily at home, but for the care provide by Rainbow, which is reviewed regularly. Earlier this year we had some minor communication problems in dealing with the office which were dealt with promptly and efficiently with Rainbow since making improvements to their administration systems. I have no hesitation in recommending the excellent care services provided by Rainbow.

Rainbow provided a rapid response last December 2024 to our urgent request for a personal care package following my 83 year old wife's hospital discharge. They provide morning and evening personal care 7 days a week. Rainbow have a professional and responsive client centred approach. Their friendly
team is well trained, punctual and adaptable. The cheerful Rainbow ladies always bring a ray of sunshine into the house. Happy to recommend.

Always helpful and obliging when having trouble with my husband and when I ask for advice,also having the staff rota 2 weeks in advance is really helpful, the staff that come to my home is always polite, helpful and main priority good with my husband, on occasions the staff and I have not got on and
they kindly replace them.We have been with the company since July 2023

The team at Rainbow have been a brilliant support to my Mum and I. Very friendly, accommodating, flexible, and patient when things were tough. The number of times they were there to help when no-one else could be means that I'll be forever grateful for their support.

When i became aware my mum needed carers to ensure she could remain in her own home following a fall + dementia diagnosis, i turned to Rainbow Health + Care over 2yrs ago now. This was my 1st experience of having people caring for mum. As her needs have changed so the support she receives has
adapted. She now has support 4 x daily. This support allowed me to go to go back to work + feel reassured that the staff would always call me if there were any concerns. She is given help with personal care, meal prep, administering medications, taking to + collecting from her day centre + basic household chores plus companionship. Not being able to get out of the house independently now means mum would miss out on the social contact she needs, if it were not for Rainbows excellent caring + friendly staff. Staff are always kind + conscientious + respond well if i have concerns, keeping regular contact with me.
I have been able to take time away + feel rested.Thank you Rainbow from both of us.

The Homecare Team were exceptionally caring. They always called on time to get my husband showered, dried, and dressed and chatted to him throughout making him feel comfortable. Creams were applied as necessary and they accompanied him downstairs - he used a stairlift and ensured he was sat
comfortably ready for his breakfast which I had ready. They then went and made or changed the bed, hung up the towels, and emptied the bin.
All the carers offered help to me also and it was a comfort to know they were coming each day and I could discuss any problems relating to my husband's health with them.

Great care and carers. I took time to show them what my sister needed and explained what she was like being she was an alcoholic with mental health issues. Nothing was too much trouble, I had very good communication and support. Lovely girls, thank you.

I received details of Rainbow Care a few days before leaving the hospital. I contacted them and have not regretted it. The senior carer carried out a review and put in place a care plan that was exactly what I needed and throughout the time I was in their care, I felt secure and comfortable. Thank
you, Rainbow for your patience, kindness and care during a time when I felt very vulnerable.

Good overall. I found them reliable and friendly, and responsive to our requests. They treated the patient with respect throughout the year that care was provided. When the stair lift was installed, the staff were happy to assist with moving the patient downstairs in the morning and then upstairs in
the evening.

Rainbow Care was recommended by the discharge team when my husband left the hospital just a few days before Christmas. They immediately stepped in and provided all the assistance that I needed and helped me care for my husband at what was a very difficult time. They continued to do so until he
passed away recently. They were at all times professional, caring and reliable and I couldn't have asked for any better treatment for my husband. I enjoyed their visits and we laughed and cried together. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

My mother's live-in carer was truly amazing. She was kind, considerate and compassionate at all times. Without her, I would have not coped with my mother's declining health. There was a high level of trust in such a short period of time. All staff at Rainbow Care were professional and provided
excellent care. I am grateful for all the support.

The Rainbow team treated my mother with exceptional care. They respected her dignity at all times. They always greeted her with a lovely smile and made sure she was comfortable with a cup of tea or a cold drink.
We would like mention in particular the young lady who sat vigil for Mum over the last
week of her life. We would like her to be recognized. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Rainbow team.

We found Rainbow to be outstanding when they looked after my father up until the very end of his life.
They always turned up with a great attitude and a smile that put him at ease and made his last months as enjoyable as possible.
Everyone who visited was fantastic and with a special mention to
Kennedy who my dad loved to swap banter with regarding their football teams.
I would definitely recommend these people.

Overall the carers have been very good and my Mother likes all of the young ladies. They are very caring and thoughtful.
The contact I have had with the office has been very good - quick to respond to queries and very helpful in sorting out any rota changes.

The carers showed compassion when caring for my Dad. They arrived on time, were sensitive to my Dads needs and also my Mums during a stressful time. The carers were all lovely. We are very appreciative of the support they provided during a difficult time. They gave up their Christmas to care for my
