Two girls visited me, and both did good for me. The reason I stopped this service because I just need household cleaning instead of personal cleaning, and I already have household cleaning.

The service we all received and my dad was excellent and over and beyond everybody. he came in contact with were so lovely, caring, kind and considerate. Thank you so much for all your kindness. We will never forget it.

My and my husbands expeirnece of your company is one of excellence. Our previous carers were horrible and did not understand my husband's mixed dementia in the slightest. Your carers are always on time and having the same carers makes all the difference to him. They are caring and understanding, and
nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff on the phone are friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

My main carer was superb. She was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she carried out her role always with a smile. Thanks to everyone for organising all your help in my recovery after an accidental fall.

The carers (one main and a Saturday carer) ALWAYS come on time. They are very kind, very gentle and very respectful.
My mother trusts them totally.

Nazmus was a gem. I was dreading care after the accident and he was so considerate and polite that I lost all apprehension. He even taught me how to deal with what I had to let him do for me. Even being showered, he let me do my privates and quickly washed the rest of me. He is a very respectful
person and highly educated. I was really sorry when his help ended I would recommend him any day.

My carer is excellent, she is very polite, and is always caring, and helpful and on time. She will sit and talk for a while and check me taking my medication.

Although the first impression of Exceptional Care At Home was not too good, the carer that has been assigned to us is excellent. He is very patient, polite and very good at his job. My father-in-law can be a bit difficult man and with his condition and dementia deteriorating, the carer has been more
than capable of meeting my father-in-laws needs. He gets on very well with all our family.

Having the same carer at every visit is brilliant. The girls are all helpful, kind, caring, overworked.
