I don't see the carers very often but when I do they are always polite, friendly and professional. My mum seems very happy with the carers. They are neat and tidy. They do all they need to. We are all happy with the service.

Absolutely wonderful service given from the heart. They truly care. They come into your home and deliver a service with compassion and empathy. They want to be there and want to help. Caring with love and joy, your home is still your home and you are still you. Individuality is key, you do not lose your identity with this wonderful company.

I have a very simple care package of prompting medication and having a patch changed twice a week - a lot of providers would have shyed away but exceptional care with always the same carer provide the service in a friendly and very efficient manner - could not recommend enough.

Exceptional care at home lived up to their name. We are thankful to the two carers for their professionalism, kindness and compassion. They were always gentle and respectful, treating my mum with dignity and care the whole family were at ease with them and trusted them fully. They had a great sense of humour and laughed every day with mum.

Main carer is very patient and kind, punctual and helpful. I do worry about the long distance carers travel. Very efficient as well.

I really enjoy how punctual the carer is, it makes it so much easier planning and working around the carer as she is never too late, it's way less stressful, the carer is the same time too which is much better than having multiple carers as I feel like she can then manage the caring better as communicating between carer isn't necessary. The carer is very nice too and shows a lot of incentive, very happy with her.

I am very pleased with my carer. She has looked after me so well. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. Also another specific staff member has also been great. Two very polite and caring ladies. I am always looking forward to seeing them Many thanks.

I have been in receipt of exceptional care from 3 of the most exceptional carers I have ever met. Given that I only met them last Friday the 1st of June. I met them both only last Friday 01/06/25 - enough said!! This Wednesday, 11/06/23, I met the third carer, she is the 3rd of 3 excellent carers beyond compare. Exceptional Care are above and way beyond - on the 1-10 scale they achieve a supersonic rating. 5 stars and more.

The lady sent to cook morning breakfast, lunch, and evening meal and also give me a sponge bath etc is excellent in everything I've asked her to do and more. I would recommend her to friends and family, she is always polite and helpful.

We would like to thank you for the exceptional and outstanding care provided to my aunt during her last 18 months of her life. The quality of care was constantly excellent and it gave us peace of mind to be looked after with professionalism and kindness. We were especially touched by the constant care from the regular carer whose presence brought warmth, stability and a professional touch that felt more like family than service. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little easier.

Your carers and company live up to the 'Exceptional Care' name. Dad is well looked after, kept clean and attention to any pressure sore/redness. We like to think of the girls as our surrogate daughters. Also when we needed to modify times, no hassle, instant help. Best of all dealing with real humans, not AI or sent to an impersonal website.

Amazing. Staff member has been a great support and has acheived so much helping me to recovery. Her love, compassion in care is very outstanding. I can only praise she does care from her heart and her skills is absolute amazing bringing joy and love.
