View Full Details of Caring Connections - WarringtonCaring Connections provide my sister with excellent care. The carers are all friendly and treat my sister with the dignity she deserves for her 90yrs. One carer in particular is compassionate and understands there are days when she is in great pain she will help all her needs for that day and not push her to have a shower if she refuses. Thank you to all staff on the care they provide.
Carers are very good. The manager is certainly doing her best to organise things better & make sure clients are well looked after.
There have been changes with staff, which caused a lot of unrest. Things are settling down now, and it is a lot easier. The present manager is a lot more organised, and the carers are certainly doing their best.
Everyone is very kind to me, and I like all of the girls and get on well with them. No concerns at all.
I am happy with the care given to my wife also the social interaction is very positive. I hesitate to tick the excellent boxes because none of us are completely excellent, including me.
I am very happy with my main carer who I have on most days, she knows exactly what she is doing without even being asked. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers and they will do almost anything I ask. I would recommend Caring Connections to people who need to access home care.
I have no complaints at all, I know carers have a difficult job to do and my carers do it very well. They have always done whatever I ask of them. Carers are always polite, and you can always have a laugh with them.
The service is improving. Care assistants complete online checklist which helps me to keep updated on mums care. Think more dementia care training should be completed. Often the way a question is asked makes all the difference. The care assistants do a good job, often in difficult circumstances. Communication between office and relatives is also improved.
The service received from the carer was excellent. Found that nothing was too much trouble and always extremely helpful and supportive. The carer was always very very caring and thoughtful and treated the client with the utmost respect and dignity. The review is for July 2024.
Dad receives very good care from the carers and looks forward to their visits especially one carer in particular, who brightens his day enormously. . Xx
Firstly, a lot of the carers who work here are lovely. However, unfortunately, the company itself is disorganised, poorly managed and shows a significant a lack of consideration for their clients who are vulnerable. Care staff would always be running late, not the carers fault, as they said they had calls overlapping - then they would be rushing to get to the next call asap. There was zero communication from the office when times of calls were changed or carers were running late, it wasn't unusual for carers to turn up 2 hours later than the visit should be and there was a couple of occasions where nobody arrived at all. Carers said that tasks and medication listed on the app would repeatedly be incomplete or incorrect so the staff who turned up wouldn't know what needed to be done. There was 2 occasions where the key safe was left open/unlocked with the key inside. Unfortunately, I would not be able to recommend Caring Connections Warrington to others.
