Closer Care has been the chosen care provider for our mother for several months. They have provided us with the level of consistency we were looking for in a care company. This includes, sticking to agreed daily schedules and limiting the number of carers to a small group, so that mothers care is
consistent. Any potential changes to agreed plans are communicated and agreed with the family. The carers are friendly & have built up a rapport not only with our mother, but also with the rest of the family. As a family we are very happy with the care they provide for our mother.
