HOMECARE HAVE CARED FOR MY MUM
FOR OVER A YEAR. THE CARE HAS BEEN A 100%. COMMUNICATION HAS ALWAYS
BEEN GOOD. HOMECARE HAS HELPED TAKEN THE WORRY AWAY FROM MY AGEING MUM WHO NOT A 100%.THE BED
TOILET AND SURROUND AREAS ARE ALWAYS KEEP CLEAN.

Almost without fail Dad has received excellent care from the carers at Anglo- by far the best of other local care agencies
From arranging dr appts to collecting prescriptions and keeping me updated I have been impressed and dad has felt looked after
Any issues have been acknowledged and quickly
resolved- carers we have met have all been of a very pleasant nature with a few exceptional members of staff

We were extremely grateful for each and every carer that came to care for my Dad. Along with a big thankyou to all the admin team.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and my Dad had a wonderful relationship with the staff despite him being very reluctant to accept any help at the start.
I would
highly recommend the whole team, they were very dedicated, caring and considerate.
Dad was always watching the clock waiting for them to arrive. It was a huge help to mum and I and it made a massive difference to us.
I really cant thank you enough.

By and large, I am satisfied. I know it is a job to suit all old people with so many different carers visiting me, but I get used to them and am very satisfied. Thank you very much.

The carers that have been coming to my grandmother's home since her release in January from the care home she was in has been nothing short of excellent. They have taken good care of her and treated her with respect and dignity, which is all I could hope for. Thank you

I am very grateful for the help I am receiving..it gives me a much needed mental break from being a carer 24/7.
Everyone involved has been very kind and helpful. My mother is quite resistant to care of any sort so I am also grateful that none of that bothers anyone. Everyone understands and is very
supportive.
