We were fortunate to have Rise and Shine to help look after both my Mum and Dad in their latter stages of life, in the autumn of 2024.
Both Mum and Dad's health failed and they were cared for at home until they passed away.
The team of carers were always punctual, friendly, caring and
professional, who did everything they possibly could to help and really couldn't have done any more.
Mum's passing was in hospital, but Dad's was at home and they couldn't have been more helpful and supportive to me, at a very difficult time.
A big thank you, to the whole team.

The care assistant who visited Mum for a 3-hour call today has left Mum feeling more than satisfied.
She has gone above and beyond what was expected of her.
She has washed, dried and ironed all of mum's clothing. Stripped the bed, washed the bedding, and re-made it with fresh linen. She has
cleaned the bathroom, hoovered and polished throughout, as well as cooking a meal.
Mum rang me to say how impressed she was, saying she'd never seen anyone work so hard.
