The staff from Frank Care were very helpful and responsive in their care of my stepfather who has late stage Alzheimer's. It was a difficult situation for them and the manager was wonderful, helping to sort out issues in the home and keeping us informed of what was happening and intervening himself
when needed. We had four visits a day and a night sitting service to keep my stepfather safe. My stepfather had to be admitted to residential care quite quickly as he was very vulnerable but without the managers help would not have survived to get there.
