Excellent service from all involved with Mum's care. Very helpful and friendly staff from organising the care of Mum initially to the very end of her life. Mum always looked forward to their visits and often had a laugh with them along the way. We can't thank everyone enough.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by premier care during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the very beginning, the team showed an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism, and dedication while looking after my mum, who was receiving end-of-life care. Every carer who came into our home treated Mum with the utmost dignity and respect. Their kindness, patience, and gentle approach brought immense comfort to both Mum and our family. Nothing was ever too much trouble - they were attentive not only to her physical needs but also to her emotional wellbeing, always taking time to talk to her, hold her hand, and make her feel truly cared for. The support extended to us as a family was just as meaningful. Their presence offered a sense of reassurance and calm, and their guidance helped us navigate each step with dignity and grace. They were always professional, yet so warm and human - a perfect balance.

Carers are friendly and very helpful and give full assistance with whatever is needed. The Company are very reliable and quick to deal with the odd things that arise. The property is always left clean and tidy by the carers.

As a new service user, I was very apprehensive about using a personal care provider at home. I decided to come to Premier Community after they were recommended to me by a close friend. My experience so far has surpassed expectations. Premier uses a wide pool of local carers who are, in my opinion, excellent. I am very fortunate to have quickly found a great rapport with my main two primary carers, and I would highly recommend Premier Community to anyone who is in need of a care package at home.

Management - She is a fantastic head carer, she has been consistently professional, skilful and empathetic. Recently she gave me invaluable advice/guidance that helped me enormously to get further assistance for my mum upgrade to fall detector, new alarm system with better volume and prescription for pressure stockings. She is always a welcome breath of optimism and joy!

All visits from support workers are given to my dad are with respect and dignity. Always trying to interact in conversation even though sometimes is quite difficult as my dad is very poorly. Very friendly girls. Always a pleasure to see them.

Prompt response. I would like to thank the admin staff and carers of Premier Community for their response to mum's needs this week. The admin team promptly responded to our call for assistance and all the carers that have been to mum this week have provided excellent personal care and emotional support to make mum feel as comfortable as possible. This has been very reassuring for myself as mum's only family. All the team this week went over and above their normal good standard of care provided to mum. Thank you all.

I'm really pleased with the standard of care Mum receives from her Premier Community Team. They're a lovely, friendly bunch who look after Mum well, enabling her to stay at home. I like to go for a walk in the garden or up the road when it's fine weather. It is good when the carers take time to do this. The carers are good and look after me well. I like to chat with them when they come.

Premier Community have been caring for Mum since the end of October 2023. From the start, we felt reassured. The management team assessed Mum's needs thoroughly, listened to what was important to Mum and put together a dedicated team of carers to regularly support her. All care staff have treated our family with dignity and respect. The carers are kind and compassionate and have gained Mum's trust. They understand her and are sensitive to providing what she needs in a way that is appropriate for her. They listen to us and work with us in partnership to best meet Mum's needs. Their ability to problem-solve is impressive. It's heart-warming seeing Mum's face light up when they arrive and hear the chatter, laughter and singing as they get her organised. The carers' commitment and dedication to providing exceptional care for Mum is second to none. We have peace of mind mum is safe and being well cared for and very grateful to have Premier Community supporting our family at home.

The care staff and management have been fantastic. Our family have been able to bring my mum home on end-of-life care. After 72 years of marriage, it was important that Mum was home with my dad. All care staff have treated our whole family with dignity and respect. We couldn’t have asked for any more support. Thank you for your hard work.

The care my father receives is second to none, it's 100% absolutely brilliant and so caring. The whole team are so compassionate, including management. Definitely deserves a medal or something. Thank you.

Words cannot express our gratitude for all the carers and admin staff who looked after our mother. The admin staff were professional, caring and were always available to answer any queries we had. Kept us up to date throughout our mother's care. All of the carers have gone above and beyond when looking after our mother. At a time when we weren't available and left us feeling reassured that she was in good. Indeed she was. They all maintained a caring and empathetic manner at all times. She found them easy to talk to, approachable and felt safe when they visited. For our mother's care times they were never late, always within the timed parameters. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
