Premier Community - North Derbyshire

I have been with Premier Community Care for almost two years and the carers have been exceptional. All of them supportive and attentive. All local girls who know my village and I feel very well cared for as well as being kept informed of the local happenings. I even get informed about road works and closures and local gossip. So every single one of them has helped to keep my social awareness and my mental health in alert mode. On Saturday I had my first care sit. My husband went to a football match and I was home alone but the sit meant I was safe, cared for, fed and settled for when he got home. The carer did everything I asked of her and even fed and cleaned up for my cat. She is one of my regular carers ~ so she knows me and she knows where everything is kept for all of my care needs. Having Premier Community Care means I am able to stay at home and not expected to go into a nursing home yet. My family and I are happy at that. Premier Community Care Package is the best thing EVER!!

Everyone I had contact with at Premier Care were kind and considerate and would recommend their services. The carers who looked after mum did so with expertise and compassion. We were also grateful for the time they spent with my dad who was struggling to accept mums condition.

The shirebrook team looked after me very well including a long stay in hospital. I am not alloed to namee the gogood ones but you know who you are. I hopeTime keeping very good and dress perfect including ppe. Always chearfull with a good smile first thing.I would recomend therse carers to any one looking for home help.

I am really pleased with the quality of care provided for my wife by Premier Community Home Care. The carers are not only professional and reliable, but they are very cheerful and friendly, and take every opportunity to engage with her. It is reassuring that they are always on the lookout for any medical problems which might arise and that they recommend appropriate action to me. They are ready to go the extra mile and I have been grateful for the advice that they have given me on several occasions. It is clear that they are dedicated to their work and I would be pleased to recommend their services to anyone requiring high-quality care.

The list of amazing carers that go above and beyond is endless, and I can't thank you all enough. Having the reassurance our friend was being cared for so well with such dignity, fills me with such appreciation. I would just like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks on behalf of myself and my late father to all of the staff of Premier Community. Suffering a debilitating stroke in 2016 he went from a fit, active 83 year old to someone with very limited mobility. From the very start of leaving hospital after an extended stay, your staff took over helping him do those daily things that we all too easily take for granted. Over nearly nine years they have brought a professional, positive, cheerful and reassuring stability into the latter years of his life. Even when anxiety would cloud his mind through the COVID pandemic and the worst that British winter weather can bring I could always confidently tell him that your carers will come to you. I would have absolutely have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your services to anyone in the position of looking for care of a loved one. I thank you all whole heartedly on behalf of my father, myself and family.

Excellent service from all involved with Mum's care. Very helpful and friendly staff from organising the care of Mum initially to the very end of her life. Mum always looked forward to their visits and often had a laugh with them along the way. We can't thank everyone enough.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by premier care during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the very beginning, the team showed an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism, and dedication while looking after my mum, who was receiving end-of-life care.

Every carer who came into our home treated Mum with the utmost dignity and respect. Their kindness, patience, and gentle approach brought immense comfort to both Mum and our family. Nothing was ever too much trouble - they were attentive not only to her physical needs but also to her emotional wellbeing, always taking time to talk to her, hold her hand, and make her feel truly cared for.

The property is always left clean and tidy by the carers.

The staff working for this company are to the very highest standard and treat every patient like they are their own. They truly go up and beyond any call of duty. They are like part of our family now all of them. Thank you so much.

All visits from support workers are given to my dad are with respect and dignity. Always trying to interact in conversation even though sometimes is quite difficult as my dad is very poorly. Very friendly girls. Always a pleasure to see them.

All carers are exceptional and always come with a smile, they are kind, caring, and patient with both client and family/friends they are professional and also friendly and joky client always looks forward to all carers coming.

I'm really pleased with the standard of care Mum receives from her Premier Community Team. They're a lovely, friendly bunch who look after Mum well, enabling her to stay at home. Premier Community have been caring for Mum since the end of October 2023. From the start, we felt reassured. The management team assessed Mum's needs thoroughly, listened to what was important to Mum and put together a dedicated team of carers to regularly support her. All care staff have treated our family with dignity and respect. The carers are kind and compassionate and have gained Mum's trust. They understand her and are sensitive to providing what she needs in a way that is appropriate for her. They listen to us and work with us in partnership to best meet Mum's needs. Their ability to problem-solve is impressive. It's heart-warming seeing Mum's face light up when they arrive and hear the chatter, laughter and singing as they get her organised. The carers' commitment and dedication to providing exceptional care for Mum is second to none. We have peace of mind mum is safe and being well cared for and very grateful to have Premier Community supporting our family at home.
