Premier Community, absolutely superb. The way that the carers perform their tasks is so professional. They treat my mum as a person with needs as a human being , not a number on a file. Showing great care, kindness and manners they perform their duties admirably whilst making my mum feel comfortable and calm. The carers are so well presented in clean and tidy uniforms and also so well presented. Nothing at all is any trouble for them to perform , no matter what task they do big or small. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with the management of this establishment and they too are so well mannered they really make you feel so wanted as a family in need. I've even visited their offices for a meeting and you feel so relaxed when you deal with this company. I can honestly report that this care company is by far the best we have dealt with regarding my mum. We all send you our profound thanks , and continue to do so, on how you deal with my mum in her needs. A very very big well done.

I have been with Premier Community Care for almost two years and the carers have been exceptional. All of them supportive and attentive. All local girls who know my village and I feel very well cared for as well as being kept informed of the local happenings. I even get informed about road works and closures and local gossip. So every single one of them has helped to keep my social awareness and my mental health in alert mode. On Saturday I had my first care sit. My husband went to a football match and I was home alone but the sit meant I was safe, cared for, fed and settled for when he got home. The carer did everything I asked of her and even fed and cleaned up for my cat. She is one of my regular carers ~ so she knows me and she knows where everything is kept for all of my care needs. Having Premier Community Care means I am able to stay at home and not expected to go into a nursing home yet. My family and I are happy at that. Premier Community Care Package is the best thing EVER!!

Jasmine is always very polite and friendly and doesn't leave without asking it there's anything else she can do.

My father has received care twice daily from Premier Community for the last 20 months. We are lucky to receive services provided by excellent care staff who are professional, respectful and friendly. We feel that our father is receiving excellent care and he responds well to approaches given by each carer. Hi my name is Ruth and I help care for a neighbour and friend. I just wanted to say how happy he is with each member of the care team that he has mat so far.As am I .He is always treated with kindness ,respect and patience, which is so very important. I have worked in care all my working life ,never have a come across carers that go so far over and above for their clients.Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the carers.I am so very grateful for their help in keeping my friend at home for as long as possible. I can't rate Premier care highly enough.Thanl you from the bottom of my heart .

Mostly carers are good and always kind. Some are quick to learn my routine whilst others are slower to learn it. Ideally it would be good to have a carer who knows my routine well with a newer carer. The two qualities needed are someone who genuinely cares and a good memory.

Everyone I had contact with at Premier Care were kind and considerate and would recommend their services. The carers who looked after mum did so with expertise and compassion. We were also grateful for the time they spent with my dad who was struggling to accept mums condition.

All the care staff have been great, I have got on with them all. All the way to local office staff. But higher head office management is very different as I am not very happy with that side of the business. Having said that all my carers have been very professional and accepted and treated me with respect. They are honest which I like and we have a very close relationship as client and carer.

Very pleased I was able to get back with Premier Community, as the staff are exceptional with care supplied, it runs rings round hospital care and support. Very pleased to have Stacey my LCC back, as it has given me extra confidence and also feel it gives additional support.

The staff have always been lovely with Mum and with us. Nothing is too much trouble and they chat to Mum throughout the visit. We have already recommended Premier Community to other people because we are so impressed. They are also obviously trained to the highest level.

Mum joined Premier Community as a service user in Dec 2025 . Since that time Mum has received 4 visits a day most without fail. The carers who have visited mum have been excellent, they care for mum like one of their own. They have without fail been kind, supportive and caring. Nothing is too much trouble

I cannot speak highly enough of the care received. The agency provided a first class, caring service which is exactly what I was hoping for. All of the carers were very professional and friendly. Always flexible and responsive to any difficulty or emergency that occurred. Great communication throughout. Also, the management were brilliant...available, receptive and flexible. I cannot speak any higher about this company. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

We find the service very reliable with regular contact and updates.

I'm am pleased with the standard of care that my husband receives. All staff are friendly and very attentive. Staff are caring and are always prepared to help with all that needs doing. Asking me if they can help me with anything.

The shirebrook team looked after me very well including a long stay in hospital. I am not alloed to namee the gogood ones but you know who you are. I hopeTime keeping very good and dress perfect including ppe. Always chearfull with a good smile first thing.I would recomend therse carers to any one looking for home help.

Sarah and all the team were absolutely amazing helping my mum and dad. They went above and beyond and made a tough time a little easier for them. They looked forward to the visits and we're very patient and understanding. Thank you so much, we couldn't recommend you highly enough.
