The list of amazing carers that go above and beyond is endless, and I can't thank you all enough. Having the reassurance our friend was being cared for so well with such dignity, fills
me with such appreciation. Dementia is such a cruel disease, but you all took the time to make Ann's last few months as comfortable as possible. Thank you all so much

For the past 15 months, Premier Care has been taking care of my uncle, who has dementia. I have been very pleased and confident that he has been receiving the care he needs. From the beginning, the service has been excellent. The carers and office management staff have been professional, friendly, and
caring, and they have addressed any issues promptly, often going out of their way to help. Nikita has always been quick to respond, either by phone or email, and carers would call if there were any issues. Most importantly, my uncle has been happy and able to make the most of his time at home before having to move into care.

All the carers are lovely and very professional in the care they provide my father and show care and compassion for my dad's needs and you can have a good chat and a laugh just like one of your family I would definitely recommend Premier community home care to family and friends. We are both very happy
to have them attending my father's requirements. There all lovely and so are the ladies in the office if you have to cancel a call for personal reasons.

I would just like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks on behalf of myself and my late father to all of the staff of Premier Community. Suffering a debilitating stroke in 2016 he went from a fit, active 83 year old to someone with very limited mobility. From the very start of leaving hospital
after an extended stay, your staff took over helping him do those daily things that we all too easily take for granted. Over nearly nine years they have brought a professional, positive, cheerful and reassuring stability into the latter years of his life. Even when anxiety would cloud his mind through the COVID pandemic and the worst that British winter weather can bring I could always confidently tell him that your carers will come to you. I would have absolutely have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your services to anyone in the position of looking for care of a loved one. I thank you all whole heartedly on behalf of my father, myself and family.

I can't thank the Premier Care team enough for the wonderful care they have given my grandad over the last few years. From the very beginning, they made it so easy for us and treated him and the family with kindness and patience throughout. We couldn't have managed without them.
A special mention
to three ladies who went above and beyond, not only in providing care to my grandad but also for looking out for the family too, you guys were always there at the end of the phone providing advice and support, making sure we were kept informed and never missed or forgot anything.
Thank you for taking such great care of my grandad - and for supporting us as a family too - we are so grateful and always will be.

Excellent service from all involved with Mum's care. Very helpful and friendly staff from organising the care of Mum initially to the very end of her life. Mum always looked forward to their visits and often had a laugh with them along the way. We can't thank everyone enough.
