Premier Community - Nottinghamshire

My husband and I have been receiving care from the Premier Community since 20/7/26. the care staff are friendly and very helpful, we look forward to their visits as they lighten our day. We would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

Premier Community, absolutely superb. The way that the carers perform their tasks is so professional. They treat my mum as a person with needs as a human being , not a number on a file. Showing great care, kindness and manners they perform their duties admirably whilst making my mum feel comfortable and calm. The carers are so well presented in clean and tidy uniforms and also so well presented. Nothing at all is any trouble for them to perform , no matter what task they do big or small. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with the management of this establishment and they too are so well mannered they really make you feel so wanted as a family in need. I've even visited their offices for a meeting and you feel so relaxed when you deal with this company. I can honestly report that this care company is by far the best we have dealt with regarding my mum. We all send you our profound thanks , and continue to do so, on how you deal with my mum in her needs. A very very big well done.

Jasmine is always very polite and friendly and doesn't leave without asking it there's anything else she can do.

My father has received care twice daily from Premier Community for the last 20 months. We are lucky to receive services provided by excellent care staff who are professional, respectful and friendly. We feel that our father is receiving excellent care and he responds well to approaches given by each carer. Thank you for all you are doing to help us look after our father giving the best care possible.

The Premier Care Team provided outstanding care for my mum over the past five months. The carers became more than just carers, they were my mum's friendship support network. With myself and all of her family living overseas, this afforded us a tremendous amount of comfort. My mum spoke fondly of all of her carers. If anyone were considering care for a loved one, I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending PREMIER CARE!

Review went well, carers are good, service is excellent. Issues with AM and PM time slots hopefully will get sorted.

The review was performed in a friendly and efficient manager, at a pace suitable for Mum, who played an active part in it. It was a good opportunity to reflect on what was going well and clarify a few of our expectations and requirements. We were then able to update the outcomes, as the ones from the initial visit had been achieved.

The carers are always polite and compassionate, and always make my husband feel good.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with my care and how grateful I am to the carers who attend my calls. They go above and beyond for me, and Premier Care should be very proud of themselves to have a marvellous and extremely good team of carers.

The care that Penny has is above what we expected. A pleasant, warm reception all of the time. We are asked before they go if there's anything else that they can do for us. We look forward to the visits and feel comfortable in their company.

I feel as well as Ann that the service is working well, the carers are supportive and make Ann feel safe. It gives myself and Ann's son Martin comfort that the service is working well.

Service provided is friendly, helpful and on time, carers provide a laugh to brighten up my day.

I am really happy with the care that my mother gets. My mother is really happy with the carers and what they do for her.

Carers are absolutely marvellous. Superb the people who arrange all runs need a bit more knowledge to fit carers to runs but as a whole the service is great.

All the carers have been very polite and caring. Always asking if there is anything else that they can do.

Until recently everything ok but since new manager took over from different area the service has got worse, with no regard for clients' needs or wishes. It is like you are trying to get rid of us.

Only problem is that my mum needs 2 carers per visit and the morning call is too late

Since I've had Premier Community from 19th June 2024. I've had satisfactory and brilliant work from the carers. Everything that I've ticked below in the box, no complaints, very happy.

They are very caring and go above and beyond.

We've had Premier a few months now and I've seen such a change in my mum, she's looking much better and I know she's happier. Every single carer is beyond kind and helpful, the communication is excellent. My mind is now at rest knowing she is safe and cared for. I feel as though I have my mum back now. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone needing care for their loved ones.
