Daily Charges per Person

At Premier Community, we focus on providing competitive pricing while ensuring our staff are fairly compensated. This commitment to integrity is at the heart of our service.

Our hourly visiting care fees include travel costs to and from a fixed address, and any extra mileage incurred for appointments or shopping will be charged separately. It's also worthwhile noting that we currently charge an additional £1 per hour for unsociable hours like weekends and bank holidays.

Our weekly live-in care fees are based on one carer offering between 8 and 12 hours of care per day. For an additional fee, we can offer support from our visiting carers should your needs change or to help cover any overnight support outside of your usual package.

Overall Experience

Standard of care overall is very good. Staff are polite and respectful. They pick up on times when my brother is not so well and respond accordingly. They always make sure they clean up after themselves and always ask if my brother needs anything more from them before they leave.

I honestly don’t know where we would be without Premier Community care. From the start we have always been listened to, nothing has been too much trouble. Always pointed in the right direction when we’ve needed advice/ help. The carers that look after mum, I can’t praise enough. Carers that actually care. What more can you ask for?

Overall Experience
My dad has recently returned home after stays in hospital and a rehabilitation centre. He required additional support on his return, nothing has been any problem for Premier Care, quickly putting in additional care and providing support for myself when involving other services. I have been involved with every step and kept well informed, I am very impressed with this.

On the day my dad needed to go to hospital, the carer contacted myself and ensured my dad was calm and safe until I arrived at his house. They were able to tell the paramedics exactly what they noticed when visiting my dad. Keep up the good work Premier at all levels.

Overall Experience

My whole experience with Premier Community has been outstanding from the management to the care staff. The care team who have been supporting my dad have been extremely caring, kind and patient. Some mornings my dad really struggles but the team are very reassuring and encouraging and never rushes him. My dad is treated with respect every day and they have built a lovely rapport with him. It is very reassuring knowing my dad is cared for properly and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

Overall Experience

I was so anxious when we were told my Nan was being brought home from hospital and has been put on to a care plan, but from the first visit, this is a fantastic care company. The staff was so kind and treated my Nan with respect and dignity. They went above and beyond their job. My Nan can be hard work at times with her dementia but these ladies showed such kindness towards her and also my grandad who has been struggling to cope. I would definitely recommend this care company to anyone who is looking for their loved ones to be cared for.

Overall Experience

All the carers are very helpful, friendly and have time for me. Only slight complaint is my morning call is a little early at 06:30 am, would prefer at 07:30 am. Nothing is too much trouble, far better than previous company I had. Management is very nice and helpful too.

Overall Experience

Overall a good service which I would recommend. The staff got on well with my relative and never missed a call. When my relative was particularly ill, they cared for him as if he was their relative - it's clear they genuinely cared for him. Thank you to all your staff.

Overall Experience

Premier Community care staff and management went above and beyond with the care provided for my mum during her end of life care. On all occasions mum was treated with respect, everything was explained to mum, the carers were friendly and approachable to all the family. My mum's dignity was protected and maintained throughout her care. Thank you to all involved, an excellent service provided.

Overall Experience

Everything went very well, the girls were very friendly and did not make you uncomfortable as I never had to have help before and I did not know what to expect. So if ever I need help again, I would not be too anxious. Nothing was too much trouble whatever I asked them to do. The only problem I had was when we first arranged the help I needed, I was told that in the morning the girls would be at my home around about 08:00 which was fine for me. But all of a sudden I was told it would be 06:45 which was far too early for me, so I stopped the morning calls. But everything else was fine.

Overall Experience

The care given by the carers ranges from excellent to very poor. Have found carers sat drinking coffee in the lounge while Mum is in bed sometimes struggling to eat. Timings have been a cause for concern, no warning given when over an hour late. Questionable hygiene - pots not washed properly which could have caused Mum to have digestive problems. Not all carers are pleasant or professional when an issue is raised.

Overall Experience

All the staff who came to me were unfailingly cheerful and friendly and kind. Levels of skill varied but were well intentioned. I did not really need personal care with washing and dressing but it was always offered. I am not sure that the office management staff were always listening on the few occasions I had to speak to them because there were several mix-ups.

The care workers brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to my mum's care. I thought she was in safe hands. She was treated with dignity and courtesy. I was impressed with how carers took note of mum's preferences and dislikes then modified care to her choice. The carers were very willing to help and listen. Nothing was too much trouble.
