We tried 3 other care agencies before Premier who was brought to us via our social worker and from the very first introduction to my husband soon he began to have a bit of banter and he always looks forward to his carers coming. The carers take such good care of my husband that I began to relax and my back was healing nicely after my operation. It has taken a lot of strain off me.
Premier carers present themselves professionally both in appearances and how they work and conduct themselves with a smile on their faces. They have helped us so much, we don't feel so alone and isolated.
Wow, thank you for your kind words! We'll be sure to pass on your praise to the care teams that support your husband. Thank you.
Carers are all kind friendly patient people who treat Mum with dignity and consideration. Those who are older, more experienced in life she finds more relaxing as younger people seem to speak faster and ask her more questions. As she is a hearing aid user and has mild dementia it is stressful for her to explain where things are or how she needs duties to be done on a daily basis. She has had a few health appointments this month and Premier Care has worked with us to provide care at a time to fit around these. There was one occasion when she got a call to say no one could attend. Fortunately, I was already at Mum's and could complete the necessary actions. This has happened before at the weekend.
Thanks for your review and kind words, I'm pleased to hear how we have supported your mum. We'll continue to review our practice and make improvements where needed.
All care workers were excellent, helpful and caring they were always ready to help with anything and relaxed us both. Our time with you was short only ten days, but we have asked not to be taken off your register as we can come back to you if necessary.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We'll be sure to pass on your thanks to the team!
All the carers that helped her during the period ruining up to this were absolutely fantastic with her, treating her with dignity, compassion and thoughtfulness.
Thanks to all concerned.
Thank you for your kind words. We'll be sure to pass on your compliments to the relevant teams!
Mum has had Premier carers for over a year. Her body is failing but her mind is sharp and alert. She is determined to retain her independence. Mum had a fall over the weekend and is now unable to use her stairs and is living upstairs, she is totally reliant on her carers for her meals, drinks and medication. Whilst this is a frustration for Mum, her team of carers all fully stepped up to the mark, helping with everything. It has increased their workload, but the 3 carers over the week have done everything possible to make Mum as comfortable as possible and provide all the care she needs and more. Nothing has been too much trouble. Mum accepts now that she needs carers and their help and support has been her lifeline. So a big 'thank you' to the carers for the care you have provided for Mum during this very difficult week from both of us. The phone app updates help me to manage my care time with Mum, so thanks for the details you provide about each call, highlighting any issues.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We'll continue to do our best and work with you to support your mum! We'll pass on your compliment to our care team!
I am very happy with the care my mum is getting from Premier Community, they are always very kind, helpful and caring and treat my mum with the upmost dignity. I have sometimes had to ring up to change a visit time, the person on the phone is always very helpful and will do their best to change the time
Thank you for your review! We will feed this back to our brilliant carers and team.
Following a period of hospitalisation, my father was discharged home with a significant care package. It was the first time that carers had been needed for either of my parents and I was understandably anxious about how this would play out. I couldn't have been more impressed with the support provided by both the carers themselves and the office staff supporting them. It was so reassuring to hear both my mum and dad consistently say how helpful the carers had been during such a difficult time for them. Sadly my father passed away recently but I will forever be grateful for the support provided to him over the weeks when the carers were engaged. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for your kind review. Receiving care in someone's home can be an anxious time for anyone, but we're glad to hear that we are providing the right support for the families, as well as the person in need. Our team love to know the impact they have when supporting people and we'll be sure to pass on your thanks to them. Finally, our condolences for the loss of your father.
Wow wow wow what can I say all the care staff, all the office staff have been amazing in a difficult situation, they went above and beyond to help in every way possible, carers and staff in the office, my mum was lucky she had them. The care staff were amazing, kind, patient and willing to listen. Trustworthy all of them and I knew my mum was in excellent safe hands. The lady in the office was brilliant and was so helpful bending over backwards to help and a listening ear, and gave me the support I desperately needed. From the bottom of my heart, a massive massive thank you to you all. If your looking for a care company look no further these guys are the ones you want. Thank you.
We, unfortunately, suffered the bereavement of my godmother this month. Premier Community have cared for my godmother over the last 5 years and has been exceptional. Two staff members have been regular carers over the last 6 months. They have shown compassion, care and a love for the job and clients. We could not thank them both enough.
Thank you very much for a wonderful review, thoughts are with you and your family at this time. Thank you so much.
The most dedicated carers I have had for my mum, are always on time and nothing is ever too much. It can be scary letting others take care of your loved ones but I remain confident knowing Premier Care are doing a perfect job of it.
Thankyou for such a wonderful review, we appreciate all your kind words and Premier Community will continue to provide an excellent service.
Premier Care Staff and Management have been excellent care providers for my father (98) and also for my mother (88) for many months 4 times a day and for a period of time night care. The personal attention from the carers cannot be faulted and they have treated my parents as friends. The support from the care team manager has been above and beyond my original expectations in supporting me when having to deal with the NHS and Social Services care package and assessments. The care was primarily for my father but the carers kept an eye on my mother and provided her with support and advice when needed. They have kept me informed of what has been happening as I live some distance away from my parents. I could not have wished for a better care company and team. Thank you
It gives me peace of mind that Mum is so well cared for.
Thankyou for your wonderful review, we are extremely grateful for your kind words and will continue to provide high quality care.
My mother had one carer morning and evening for 6 weeks. Each one that attended to her was very friendly, caring and willing to do the little jobs that my mum required. They talked to her and treated her with respect and friendship. Can't speak too highly of people who do a thankless job on low pay.
Thank you so much for a lovely review; all thanks will be passed on to the care team.
Premier care carers who are looking after my mama are lovely - she says. They are all kind to her and don't rush her. She likes to have a little chat when they do their work for her. Very professional and helpful. My mother is getting to know everyone really well and is having Premier Care permanently now to look after her in her own home.
Thank you for a lovely review, all will be passed on to the care team.
The care that is given is a delight, the carers are so thorough in everything they do. Ie. Washing and dressing my husband, making him comfortable always with a happy disposition and nothing is too much for them, bless them all, they deserve medals.
Thankyou so much for such a wonderful review. All feedback will be passed on to the care team.
I would just like to say that the carers that come to help mum are professional with her at all times, with a lovely dose of laughter and banter where appropriate. Just because someone is elderly and has dementia does not mean that they don't like a good giggle. I do encourage the carers to have a laugh with mum, and make her feel like she is engaged in her life. Mum can be quite awkward at times and all the carers have dealt with this perfectly. I've only had one small niggle and it was dealt with there and then and resolved.
I found the communication between ourselves and the office staff easy and responsive. Any issues were swiftly dealt with in a professional manner.
I would reccomend Premier Care to friends and family as a care provider.
Thank you for your lovely review, we appreciate all your kind words.
Carers ranged from good to excellent caring for dad as if he were their own relative. Calls were never missed although times allowed for the work they had to do were tight. In view of the Covid situation, I appreciate that the company are trying to cover as many calls as they can as care packages are hard to come by. This seems to be an industry-wide problem and not specifically for this company,
Overall staff were approachable, professional and friendly and I would recommend their services. We couldn't have kept dad at home as long as we did without their help.
As a family, we dreaded to think what life would be like as she adapted to her new world!
The care staff immediately responded to our worries and put our minds at ease with reassurance. And they stuck to their word.
They also help mum care for her dog.
The staff and manager have given us lots of time to share our thoughts, struggles and other emotions and have always offered comforting words as we adapt to the changes with mum. I’m so pleased Premier Care was available to us. It’s the best thing that happened to my mum since her diagnosis.
Thank you all so much!
Thank you so much for such a wonderful heartfelt review, we cannot express how much these words mean to us and how happy you are with the help and support received. All of these kind words have been passed on to the team. Thank you!
My mother had Premier Care for well over 5 years. She was always satisfied with her care plan ranging from good to excellent to well beyond what is expected of a carer to do. On my mum's 100th birthday she was overwhelmed with kindness from carers calling in with gifts of cakes, chocolates, and other small gifts. My mum passed away in February this year 2022. I would like to take this golden opportunity to thank all carers who looked after my mum over the years. I would like to thank the two carers who found my mum, not an easy thing to do to phone someone to tell them their mother had passed away, They did it with dignity and compassion. Two other carers excelled that day, even on their day off they rushed to my aid to sit with my mum while my wife and I could make phone calls. Also, they relieved the other carers so they could carry on with their work. These two carers even took time off work to accompany me in the Chapel of Rest to fulfill my mum's final wishes. Thank you.
Thank you so much for a wonderful review, we appreciate all your kind words for the staff team and we are glad you and your mum were pleased with the care received.
