Lovely staff, always smiling. They always let me know if there are any issues, which gives me peace of mind. Reliable and friendly. Fantastic people doing a brilliant job.
Thank you for taking your time to do such a lovely review. We appreciate all your kind words, and these will be passed on to the Care Team and Manager. We are extremely glad you are happy with Premier Care.
Inconsistencies in levels of competency of carers. Some are excellent, some clearly need training. Missed medications not reported according to CQC standards, even failed to call paramedics for a serious injury to the client - it was 24 hours before the next carer did this. This was never discussed with relatives or an apology given. The client has some capacity issues but sometimes declines tasks eg meal prep. The carer does not use their initiative and offer other services eg tidy up instead but the client reports they like to sit and drink tea. One carer only has used their initiative and hoovered up in spare time.
Thank you for your review, we have personally spoken to the service user regarding any issues and they are more than happy with the service they are receiving. The incident in question we believed a health professional came out to tend to the injury via request from the care team immediately. We...

Caring and very professional staff, always treat my husband with care and dignity.
Thank you for taking the time to do a review. We appreciate this and we are happy that you are pleased with the service your husband is receiving.
Premier Care was recommended to me by a friend whose mother is a client. I was able to discuss the needs of my own mother, and arrangements were put in place quickly. I explained what was required and all the carers have been lovely with my mother (she has memory issues) and ensured she has been given a hot meal and dessert each lunchtime. They also chat with Mum, and she has told me how much she enjoys seeing the carer and having a natter. I have needed to change the arrangements a couple of times, and nothing is too much trouble when I phone. I also have the app, so I can see when the carer has been and read their report. It is reassuring for me to have this help as it will enable me to keep Mum in her own home as long as possible. I started off with 3-lunchtimes a week and have now increased it to 5-days a week as it has been such a success. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Care, they have made such a difference not only to my Mum but to me as well.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. We are extremely grateful for your kind words and we are glad you and your mother are happy with the service you are receiving.
I originally wrote to thank the staff that attends to my mother. As my mother is suffering from a form of dementia she has a very short term memory now. The staff have successfully been able to be allowed to attend to her personal care on her legs that she previously had not allowed anyone to see to. When I have met two of the carers they displayed good and kind professionalism towards my mother.
We are very grateful for your review and happy that you are pleased with the service your mother is receiving.
On Wednesday 1st July, when the carer visited my mum for her breakfast call; she found her in the bathroom with chest pain. The carer rang for an ambulance, waited with mum until it arrived, let the office know to cancel her following call, and she stayed with mum until the ambulance had gone. She then tidied up, locked up and then left. She has been in contact with myself and my brother on a regular basis enquiring how mum was. Mum had a massive heart attack, and if it wasn't for the carer's actions that morning, I don't think mum would have survived. Mum is now back home, and she was the first carer that mum saw for her first call. It was very emotional to listen to as they spoke about that morning on the 1st of July. We can't thank her enough for what she did, and we can't say thank you enough - many thanks.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful heartfelt review, we appreciate all your kind words and thanks for the care staff. We are extremely happy your mum is now safe, well and back at home, all thanks will be passed on to the staff. Again thank you!
My dad has been very well cared for and any time the carers feel my dad has been unwell, they contact us. He has told us he looks forward to his visits as he enjoys the company and they are very kind. It is a great comfort to us to know my dad is in safe hands and are totally trustworthy.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review and kind words; we are glad you are happy with all the care your dad is receiving and that he is also happy. All thanks will be passed on to the care team.
We are extremely happy with the care we receive. The careers go out of their way to help us and do extra. Nothing is too much. They are polite and cheerful. We recommend Premier Care to anyone looking for home help for their loved ones.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, we appreciate all your kind words and this will be passed on to the care team.
I would like to thank all the carers who are looking after my mum. They are doing a wonderful job. The family appreciate that regular carers are coming to visit as this helps with the consistency of care during this uncertain time. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we appreciate your lovely review. We are so grateful you appreciate all the hard work of the care team and your thanks will be passed on to all the staff.
Always helpful and understanding with all needs and any worries you have and have always delivered excellent care for Mum. Couldn't be without them. They are a dedicated team, always feel trustworthy about any member of the team that go and look after Mum. Thank you for the care and dedication you all put in your work and patience and all that you do.
Thank you for a wonderful review, we are so pleased we have your trust and thankful that you and your mother are happy with the care being delivered. Again thank you.
It wasn't until he had a fall in the home that Premier Care really helped put us at ease. I spoke with the registered manager, discussed what happened and she immediately put a new Care Plan into action. My father now has carers three times a day. It really has helped take some pressure off the family.
After the fall it left him weak and unable to stand for more than a few minutes, so help with preparing his meals and tidying up the kitchen is brilliant. Prompting Dad to take his medication is an everyday part of the visits too. We couldn't be without Premier Care now.
Thank you so much for taking the time to do such a lovely review, we are extremely grateful you are happy with the care provided to your father and the responsiveness of increasing care when needs have changed. We are always here to help.
Since my aunt started struggling with her mobility we have co-funded care with the local authority and they appointed Premier Care for her daily visits. This includes administering medication, food preparation, general housekeeping, and personal care. Throughout this time the carers have been courteous and professional and my aunt has always felt safe with them. We have had good communication from both staff and management and when care has had to be increased at short notice due to illness or accidents they have always been quick to respond. I have met several of the staff whilst also caring for my aunt and they have all been lovely.
Thank you so much for taking the time to do such a lovely review, Premier Care always aims to provide the best care possible, and are always happy to help at last minute or in emergencies. We are so glad you are content and pleased with the care your aunt is receiving.
My mum and dad were very against having to have carers, they both have different forms of dementia and change is very difficult. Mum came out of hospital after an operation and dad was overwhelmed with anxiety how he was going to cope, but the carers have been so kind, patient, caring and excellent at communication, they have been very compassionate and encouraging. I am so happy as mum is happy and they have become her only friends especially in this very difficult strange times we are experiencing, thank you to all of the carers especially in unbelievably scary times.
Thank you so much, we are extremely grateful for your review and pleased yourself and your parents are happy and having a positive experience when everything is so new to them. Again thank you and we are always here when you need us.
Premier Care are very flexible, I have lots of hospital appointments and just call up, get asked if they can alter call time so I'm still being supported to wash etc, this works well but more so a couple of weeks ago I had to attend for a procedure, even with the COVID, the girls sorted me, very supportive when back in time for next call.
Due to being very careful soon as I was isolated, Premier sent in a handful of carers, to assist me, and had regular contact with me and some of the team see how they were. Some girls went the extra mile and I have named these to the manager.
One carer on Sunday went above and beyond, let down by a neighbour to go shopping we asked my partner if he could manage to. I asked if possible if she could get me shopping on the way to my dinner call to meet my partner there if possible. Either wasn't a problem, I rang the shop, they got it ready for her as well. Premier all way such good company. So happy.
Thank you so much for your lovely review and such kind words for your regular carers and the Covid team. Our team is always happy to help whenever you need us.
Overall we are very satisfied with my brother's care provision and appreciate being listened to.
Thank you for taking the time to send a review, we appreciate all your kind words for the staff team. We are glad you are happy with how your concerns are dealt with and that you feel you can approach us, we are always here to help. Again thank you for your lovely review.
I would like to publish my thanks to all the amazing carers looking after my mum during this difficult time. They are doing an amazing job and are the only company she has currently due to this awful situation we are in. Mum looks forward to their visits and enjoys a good chat. They are keeping her happy and uplifted. She is still grieving having lost her husband of 66 years, my lovely dad. Thanks again to everyone involved in Premier Care. You are true angels. We as a family appreciate what a difficult time it is for the carers and they have our full respect.
Thank you for your review, we are extremely grateful for your thanks and that you and your mum are happy with the care. All thanks and appreciation will be passed onto the care team. Thank you.
