They support people with many different needs, all with the aim to provide each and every client with the support they need to enjoy a fulfilling life and maintaining as much independence as possible.

Services include hospital to home care, respite home care, personal care services, home help services as well as companionship care.

They complete a detailed digital care plan that gives access to everyone involved in the client's service. It's built around the client's individual circumstances. The care plan is custom made to enable each client to live their lives how they wish.

Their team is dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives in the community, delivering quality care with the utmost respect and dignity. They also provide specialist personal care where needed including Alzheimer’s, dementia, respite care and support.

At Premier Community, we focus on providing competitive pricing while ensuring our staff are fairly compensated. This commitment to integrity is at the heart of our service.


Our hourly visiting care fees include travel costs to and from a fixed address, and any extra mileage incurred for appointments or shopping will be charged separately. It's also worthwhile noting that we currently charge an additional £1 per hour for unsociable hours like weekends and bank holidays.


Our weekly live-in care fees are based on one carer offering between 8 and 12 hours of care per day. For an additional fee, we can offer support from our visiting carers should your needs change or to help cover any overnight support outside of your usual package.

The only problem I have with Premier Care is lack of consistency.
Despite several requests for regular carers who know my routines, they keep sending strangers and the whole process is undignified.
I recently had a meeting with the operations manager expressing my concerns and highlighting several
carers not to send, but they are still appearing on my rota.

I have been having late morning calls which means I am in my night clothes longer than my day clothes.
My calls are not adequately spaced out which means I do not have a carer from 6 pm until 9 am (if they are on time), they are never late for my evening call, in fact, they get earlier.

On the whole, I have found that all the carers have been efficient and courteous and know what is required of them.
They perform very well and I am quite happy with their performance with regard to myself.
However, it would be appreciated if there was a consistency of carers to have several days to
follow, instead of one carer for one-day intervals.

Most of the carers are very helpful and considerate and put you at ease.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
We have a lovely chat and they have become like good friends.
They are not always on time but they never let you down.
I look forward to them coming every day and I am happy and quite comfortable
and settled for the day.

I would like to thank, all the staff at Premier care, for such professional care and understanding. They have fulfilled all my needs. I have just moved to Clay Cross from Bolsover, and they have gone that extra mile to accommodate my care. I have quite a few hospital appointments and they have never
let me down. If anyone is looking for care in the Clay Cross area I can fully recommend them. They will do their very best to fulfill your needs. The overall standard is excellent, they have supported me with my depression, and my dignity has always been taken into consideration .
