We have complained to several different people on numerous occasions and despite initial excuses and apologies, the same things are happening over and over again.
We are not sure why in the last 6months my mother's needs are not important to them and why they are not providing the care anyone would expect for their relatives or loved ones.
The carers are very reliable. We have no reason for complaint. It is nice to know that my mother in law is looked after, especially in light of my own disabilities. Contact with carers is good too.
I am pleased with all aspects regarding my care. Thank you.
My husband has been having Premier Care since the beginning of February. We find the carers polite, friendly, tidy, caring ladies. Our only criticism is that so often they do not come when arranged. They often complain they are not given travelling time, or have extra clients pushed in, also that the distances between clients are too great. This seems management problems.
The are pleasant and caring.
The carers I have are polite, clean and presentable. They treat me with respect and are considerate of my needs. The carers are friendly and they chat to me while they are working.
We have had some issues with the office at times, but this does not affect the care I receive.
I would recommend this company to friends and family.
Generally, the care that Premier gives is excellent. There are occasional moments where problems occur, which because of my auntie's dementia are only to be expected but always with a phone call from Prmier Care's office to myself or the other way round. From me to them everything is sorted. I am very happy with our client's relationship and the service they provide.
Carers very punctual.
Despite several requests for regular carers who know my routines, they keep sending strangers and the whole process is undignified.
I recently had a meeting with the operations manager expressing my concerns and highlighting several carers not to send, but they are still appearing on my rota.
Very satisfied.
Very happy with the girls who call to put my husband to bed each night.
My calls are not adequately spaced out which means I do not have a carer from 6 pm until 9 am (if they are on time), they are never late for my evening call, in fact, they get earlier.
All the staff are very friendly and do a very good job.
Could not manage on my own.
They perform very well and I am quite happy with their performance with regard to myself.
However, it would be appreciated if there was a consistency of carers to have several days to follow, instead of one carer for one-day intervals.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
We have a lovely chat and they have become like good friends.
They are not always on time but they never let you down.
I look forward to them coming every day and I am happy and quite comfortable and settled for the day.
I would like to thank, all the staff at Premier care, for such professional care and understanding. They have fulfilled all my needs. I have just moved to Clay Cross from Bolsover, and they have gone that extra mile to accommodate my care. I have quite a few hospital appointments and they have never let me down. If anyone is looking for care in the Clay Cross area I can fully recommend them. They will do their very best to fulfill your needs. The overall standard is excellent, they have supported me with my depression, and my dignity has always been taken into consideration .
