Very happy with carers and the way my husband is taken care of.
Thanks for the kind words!
We have been using Premier Care for a little while now and have been impressed with the care and professionalism displayed by the various carers we have been assigned. Generally, they have arrived when promised, and done a good job, even though we are at a fairly remote location which is difficult to access during snowy conditions there has only been two or three days when they have not managed to make it and we have always been notified.
Thanks for the kind words! Greatly appreciated.
The care my dad receives is very good.
Thanks for your kind review.
Myt overall view was a very caring company and 99% of staff who came were very good and caring. I would recommend to other people.
Thanks for the kind review. Much appreciated.
We ( my wife and I) can find no fault with the various carers as they are more like friends. We are not at all worried to give them the run of the flat. Nothing is too much trouble and friendliness is their watchword.
Thank you for the very kind review. Very much appreciated!
The care staff are very good.
Thanks for the kind review!
Some carers are more caring than others. Mum is happy when she gets the carers she knows.
Thanks for the review!
Very good, friendly carers. Very personal people and happy we service overall.
Thanks for the review. We're happy to help.
All carers I find to be good and polite and treat my Mum well. However, I find small things annoying, like bins being left full, pots left on the sink, the bed not made properly. When they can see bits on the floor, it would be nice if they could run around with hoover. These extras would help me greatly as I work full time.
Thanks for the review. I will pass this on to the relevant people.
I cannot praise them enough on how they look after mum.
Very kind words! We're privileged to look after your mum! I'll pass your review on to our carers!
Very pleased with the service, dad is very happy.
Thank you for the review! we're happy to make a difference! I will pass this to our carers!
Excellent, the carers are angels.
Thanks for the review! They're the best. Premier Care Family.
Food being left in the fridge without covering is also a problem.
The main concern with the staff seems to be an ongoing excuse for lateness to clients is a shortage of time being allowed between calls for travelling.
Thanks for the review!
Happy with the service I receive.
Thanks for the review!
I would recommend to friends and family as the care is brilliant.
Thanks for the review! We're pleased that you'd recommend us to your friends and family! Premier Care Family.
My mother had a different care provider but we were not happy. We decided with Premier Care and my mother is very happy now. All the carers have experience and know how to make my mum happy. My mum is a difficult client as there is a language barrier but the carers work with this well.
Thanks for the review! It's really good that we're making your mother happy!
Good.
Thanks for the review!
Premier Care staff have been extremely good in all aspects of my mothers care. They have treated her with dignity, developed some very good relationships and there always seems to be a lot of joy and laughter when they are here. There have been very few instances when I have had cause to complain about an aspect of care and it has been rectified immediately.
Thank you for the kind words! I will pass this on to our employees! Premier Care Family.
All in all a good service with caring staff who look after dad well. He is always clean and tidy and generally enjoys the visits.
Thanks for the review, very kind words! I'll pass this on to the care workers!
On the whole very good care, support in place. Just varies due to the different number of staff she sees.
Thanks for the review!
