They complete a detailed digital care plan that gives access to everyone involved in the client's service. It's built around the client's individual circumstances. The care plan is custom made to enable each client to live their lives how they wish.

At Premier Community, we focus on providing competitive pricing while ensuring our staff are fairly compensated. This commitment to integrity is at the heart of our service.


Our hourly visiting care fees include travel costs to and from a fixed address, and any extra mileage incurred for appointments or shopping will be charged separately. It's also worthwhile noting that we currently charge an additional £1 per hour for unsociable hours like weekends and bank holidays.


Our weekly live-in care fees are based on one carer offering between 8 and 12 hours of care per day. For an additional fee, we can offer support from our visiting carers should your needs change or to help cover any overnight support outside of your usual package.

All carers I find to be good and polite and treat my Mum well. However, I find small things annoying, like bins being left full, pots left on the sink, the bed not made properly. When they can see bits on the floor, it would be nice if they could run around with hoover. These extras would help me greatly
as I work full time.

Overall service is good, however, as happens in some cases, timekeeping without notification leaves a lot to be desired.
Food being left in the fridge without covering is also a problem.
The main concern with the staff seems to be an ongoing excuse for lateness to clients is a shortage of time being
allowed between calls for travelling.

My mother had a different care provider but we were not happy. We decided with Premier Care and my mother is very happy now. All the carers have experience and know how to make my mum happy. My mum is a difficult client as there is a language barrier but the carers work with this well.

Premier Care staff have been extremely good in all aspects of my mothers care. They have treated her with dignity, developed some very good relationships and there always seems to be a lot of joy and laughter when they are here. There have been very few instances when I have had cause to complain about
an aspect of care and it has been rectified immediately.

We have been receiving care for my mother for a couple of years to assist with bedtimes morning and evenings. After initial troubles, we thought we had found a good routine with continuity of carers and times. Over the last 6months, we have lost count of all the different carers that have been to assist
my mother with her personal care, many of them are new to the job with no knowledge of my mother's needs. They have been arriving late for her morning calls which leave her distressed as she needs the bathroom. Evening calls are often late with lack of continuity as you send new staff who do not know the clients, particularly my mother and her routines.
We have complained to several different people on numerous occasions and despite initial excuses and apologies, the same things are happening over and over again.
We are not sure why in the last 6months my mother's needs are not important to them and why they are not providing the care anyone would expect for their relatives or loved ones.

My husband has been having Premier Care since the beginning of February. We find the carers polite, friendly, tidy, caring ladies. Our only criticism is that so often they do not come when arranged. They often complain they are not given travelling time, or have extra clients pushed in, also that the
distances between clients are too great. This seems management problems.

My experience with Premier care is overall, very good.
The carers I have are polite, clean and presentable. They treat me with respect and are considerate of my needs. The carers are friendly and they chat to me while they are working.
We have had some issues with the office at times, but this does
not affect the care I receive.

Generally, the care that Premier gives is excellent. There are occasional moments where problems occur, which because of my auntie's dementia are only to be expected but always with a phone call from Prmier Care's office to myself or the other way round. From me to them everything is sorted. I am very
